They really strive to give you so many metrics of your health via their new Labs program that it really makes it easier to be on top of how you're doing. All the doctors have been super responsive as well and between them and the app it makes all the insight on results easy to understand. Hims & Hers is really onto something with this!

I don't have a problem getting hard. My issue is I can't ejaculate when I'm taking my pai meds at night when I go to bed

It has worked very gradually, but it sure has been working. I’m excited to go up a dose for my third time in a couple of days. I’m certainly not eating as much or hungry as often.

Don't think there is much explanation needed. The meds do exactly as they are supposed to and have improved my sex life with my partner substantially.

On my app it's still showing I have no subscriptions. Also, I can't send messages to my provider. It's like the app has no recall of my plan. In the beginning everything was good but now I have yo search my emails to get any information. It's very frustrating and wish that it would be more informative to give me the information I need to see. I hate to say it but if this continues I probably will have to cancel because this information I need is important to me and it shouldn't be as confusing as it is. Hopefully this issue is resolved. Thank you.

Got the semaglutide compound initially. Caused bad side effects. All of them. I don’t blame Hims for that. What I do blame them for is a misleading web presence in which they make their offers opaque. I canceled the sema. Then signed up again several months later as it appeared to be offering a Tirzepatide compound. This time I was charged $49 for a membership fee which was to be refunded it if I couldn’t get the product I wanted. Turns out, now Tirzepatide compound, just name brand for way too much money. I requested a refund but of course not. A “doctor” looked at some forms even though the refund policy is clear. Bad practice. Will actively warn people away. Just get a prescription and buy direct from Eli Lilly.

Scam ! Waste of Money ! And they charge you 4x then the other companies.

I haven’t lost any weight in 6 weeks. I have reported it to the site, and they just keep saying it takes time. I didn’t pay $1200 to not lose any weight.

Lots of hidden cost and the terminology is very misleading. They really do not listen to you and what your goals are. They literally are just trying to push the new pill and price on you. The prices have gotten entirely too expensive compared to other places. Definitely other places with better prices and customer service. I would recommend shopping around before considering these guys.

Quick response times from actual people to my questions. I wish it was easier to navigate the process for HSA reimbursement.

Poor communication. Sent message over a month ago and zero responses.

I like the weight loss but the side effects can be a problem some nights keeping me awake all night not pleasant I've tried everything you have told me but most days it doesn't help.

Price is too high. Everything else is great. I will be looking for a cheaper prescription source.

Communication is great. Team is responsive, understanding, and informative. I wonder why my check-ins come via email instead of the app. It would make it easier.
Thanks

Wanted to wait until I had done a whole year on this product to write a proper review as to my hair regrowth. My hair started thinning sometime around 2020, so by the time I started using hims in April 2025 almost all of the top of my head was patches of thin hair and I decided to give this a try.
Pros: I’ve had no side effects at all and the difference in my hair is incredible! It doesn’t work miracles and I’d waited too long before starting (my bad), so I do still have dead follicles on my crown and only a transplant could fix that, but overall I’m very pleased with how much regrowth I’ve had, not to mention the hair that did regrow is thicker, stronger and healthier than ever. Before starting, around 80% of my hair was gone, after 1 year I’ve gained back around 80% of my hair with only 20% gone. I took photos each month to keep track of progress and the first 4 months I had massive progress, then a bit of a lull and saw some more shedding around 8-9 months in with more growth after that. I tend to buzz my head down to a 2 and have an area toward the front that’s a tiny bit thinner than the rest, but when it grows out it’s not at all noticeable. My hair line has also returned to a normal matured hairline rather than receding. In regard to the company, I have had to contact customer services a fair few times via email, every time I’ve had a response within 1 day and they’ve been massively helpful, I can’t fault them at all for customer service, they even sent me 2 new bottles for free the first time I had problems which meant I didn’t have to pay for my next subscription for an extra few months. The reason for me having to contact so much leads me to…
Cons:
I have only ONE con and it’s the packaging. The topical finasteride comes in a nice spray bottle, BUT the spray parts are bad quality and they either don’t work from the start or break very quickly. Any time they break, I reach out to customer service by email and they get in touch with the pharmacy who send me out some new spray parts at no cost to me, which is fantastic; however, I was told that they were looking into replacing with better quality and they’ve actually gotten worse if anything. They sent me 6 spray parts in the post a few months ago and only 2 of them worked, but they both broke pretty quickly. This product is all about consistency and it’s impossible to stay entirely consistent when I’m stuck unable to use it for days at a time waiting for new parts to arrive.
Overall, I rate the company and the product itself highly, it’s worked wonders for me, they just NEED to sort out the spray parts of the bottles. That would make it a 5* from me.

Honestly, it’s hard to say whether this medication is good or bad. In the first 3 to 4 months, you may notice some regrowth of weak hair. However, around the 5th or 6th month, hair shedding can start again

I am 6 weeks in. Alas, a bit of a breakthrough on the weight loss front as I am down 3 pounds (started at 251; I now weigh 248). I was doing Zepbound, which was much easier to inject and, candidly, I simply felt better when I was using that product. I had lost 50 pounds in 30 weeks with that product.
