Service zero ...the said for resampling...but given dates and dates and did not come for resampling...and not given the report...although the payment was prepaid... Guys don't come in trap of Hindustan wellness...it is a fraud company

I booked a comprehensive health package specifically to get my Vitamin B-12 levels checked. Paradoxically, Hindustan Wellness tested everything except the one thing I actually needed.
If you think their medical competence is alarming, wait until you experience their customer service. I raised complaints five separate times on their portal. The result? Total radio silence. It is psychologically manipulative how they completely ignore desperate customers once they have your money. They don’t care about negative feedback because they likely use automated AI tools to suppress or delete reviews to maintain a fake reputation.
Here is a psychological truth for anyone reading this: If they can do this to me, they will do this to you. Today it’s my missing B-12 report; tomorrow it could be a critical life-saving test of yours that they mess up. Do not fall for their cheap prices. Spend a little extra somewhere else, but buy your peace of mind and actual accuracy. Hindustan Wellness is just riding the modern corporate trend of 'take the money and mute the customer.' Absolutely pathetic service.

My kidney test results from Hindustan Wellness were completely abnormal, but when I retested at Dr. Lal PathLabs, everything was normal. Very concerning accuracy issue. Not reliable.

It is the worst Pathology Lab, I've ever seen. The medical tests which big and famous lab do in 3000-4000 rupees, these people do it in just 600. How is that even possible. Once, I had to book a medical checkup for my parents. That was my first and last experience with this lab. I called on the helpline number to book a test and they are ready to provide me the test at minimum cost, and to be honest bargaining was happening. I really said 500 and he agreed. W T F !
Also, in that 500, they are providing services like free sample collection, one day report and even doctor's consultation. I can't believe, how they manage this. It is a total scam. And yeah, I am doubtful whether they are doing Pharmaceutical testing on patients body illegally while taking blood samples. If it is really happening, then we are playing with our lives.
Not only this, after taking the sample, they were calling everyday to know how's the patient. This is totally worst.
Moreover, there calling thing! These guys are always calling me from different phone numbers. I've blocked many of their phone numbers. I also talked to their senior executives many times to remove my number from their data base, they say okay and next day there is again the same poor thing.
