Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious - no server scalability whatsoever. Failed for 1h+ when trying to purchase from OnePlus. Update - order now cancelled as HiPay never sent across the money, but still charged my credit card! If it doesn't get refunded I'll need to initiate chargeback proceedings. Avoid this company at all costs.

Trying to order a OnePlus 6

Trying to order a OnePlus 6. OnePlus website can easily handle the traffic.
HiPay on the other hand is terrible. Won't process my payment. Been trying for over an hour.

Still waiting for my money

Still waiting for my documents to be approved. i am trying to contact customer service but they dont reply. i have money on hipay and i need it now, not in two weeks time. i have entered the bank detail, but it is refused. iban and swift.

Not functioning as expected.

You sent an sms to receive a code. The sms is charge but the code is never received. So when you think something went wrong with the sms you sent again, you get charged AGAIN, but no sms AGAIN. Why is nobody investigating this?

Useless

Useless. You will have to register over and over to get anything to work (and it wont anyway). When I try to register, I constantly get messanges and info in french (im norwegian), eventhough I have never set any language preference to french. The only reason why I am using this site is because I won 80$ in pokerstars, and I have been trying to withdraw that amount for several hours with no result. HiPay requires an exremely stupid amount of personal/bank information just to make a simple withdrawal. This could have been done using something much simpler like Swift-code + IBAN (which I am familiar with after using Unibet)
Terrible UI.

I have never heard of this company …

I have never heard of this company before. Without my knowledge they withdrew 584.08 from my checking account. I was unable to reach anyone. BBB was contacted and my bank is doing an investigation into this company.

Warning: unauthorized payments

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

HiPay took a large amount of money from my account. I had to cancel my credit card. Unfortunately I can't explain what happened in more detail as my review is being reviewed by the business.

Great E-wallet and company

I was very lucky and won quite some money on Pokerstars and I used HiPay to get the funds to my bank account.

This went well, they require documents to prove you are who you say you are and adress.

After providing these documents everything went very well and their response time is great!

Nothing negative to say about these guys, I would and will always trust my money with them.

1 star is too much for HiPay, MINUS 5 Stas would be better!
Same probleme with anothers. Can't login in, so can't get my money.
Worst webpage and service! If I would contact with him, I must get marketing emails, or I can't sent my letter? Have you ever heard it?

They are not responding, probably holding back customer's money intentionally

I withdrew 150 USD from PokerStars, they have sent it to HiPay. I cannot access my wallet, website says check the activation link they have sent. I received nothing, tried multiple times, same result. Contacted them via e-mail 2 days ago, of course they have not responded (yet), but the bottom line is, they should not intentionally hold any money back from customers, and it pretty much seems I'm not the only one who's got similar issues with them.

Worst payment solution.

Worst payment solution.
They first accepted my payments from my customers, then they blocked my account because my company was registered outside Europe, then when I wanted to withdraw the money from my sales, they forgot to put some informations during the transfer (on purpose ? What kind of payment solution company forgets to put the address of the beneficiary for money transfers...), so transfer got refused, account blocked, nobody replies to the customer service, by email, phone, I've tried everything and wasted so much time with them.
For international payments, go with stripe, much better.

Money keeps being taken out my account …

Money keeps being taken out my account every month to a value of £22, this has happened several times now. I have contacted Hipay several times, go through the whole process of what day did they take the money and how much etc etc to them be told that several companies use them as a payment option. Well that doesn't solve my problem. I just want to know who's taking my money for no reason and for them to stop?! Unhappy to say the least.

They took my money 15 days ago, I have written 3 times to the company and they haven't answered my emails. I'm really disappointed, no one is working in Hipay? what is happening with it customer service? am I going to lose the money that I made with my effort?
