A lovely affordable room on the main strip in Tulum, convenient for the bus station, restaurants and the collectivos to the site seeing spots.

Aquetzalli checked is in, she was very kind and was really helpful with local knowledge on transport etc (including where to get delicious food off the beaten track!)

I would recommend!

Our Room wasn‘t prepared as we arrived, it was in the condition in which the previous occupant left it. After two hours of waiting on the floor someone came and prepared it for another 30 minutes. The customer service wasn‘t supportive and all and suddenly stopped answering my messages.
As we finally entered we found a scruffy and tiny room with broken lights and a shower door which wasn’t working properly. The windows were also not tight, so there was a constant draft.

I have a large family, but do not care for resorts, so renting this small house was a good option for me. I booked it online the day I was checking in, but the place I booked had a water leak. Despite the short notice, they were able to put me in an alternative location that met my needs at no extra charge. The property manager was very nice and provided lots of helpful information about local things to do and places to go. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the property had some maintenance issues and palapa roofs and an outdoor kitchen. For example, one area we could not use because it had not been repaired from the last storm. The palapa roof is a thatched roof which is common in the area, but lizards and rodents get through it and keep you company at night. We had some food in a sealed plastic container on the kitchen counter that got knawed through and eaten by a rodent. Living with so many natural visitors is unnerving if it is not what you are used to.

Very unsafe! I received the code to enter to the room and when we opened the door there were staff from 2 ladies!! They gave us another code, and guess what? The other 2 ladies had our code too!
We couldn't sleep, there was an insoportable noise, (when we heard the person's from the other room came, we went to that floor, yes, we could hear even a floor downstairs and they weren't even above us, they told us they changed because of that same noise, so they had our code too!!)
The noise was a metal at the street that at every person, step or luggage going through, we felt like hits in our room at -1 floor. We lost an hour and a half with this inconvenient and then just accepted that we would not get an answer.

The HipHipStay was very relaxing and accommodating. The owners and manager were extremely helpful. I traveled alone to Tulum and they made my stay feel so safe.

Great value rooms in Dublin city centre. In the heart of everything, short walk from most venues and the Luas. Would definitely stay again.

I've already recommended the Temple Bar rooms to friends and relatives and I'm barely back from my trip - this is how much I really enjoyed my short stay in Dublin. The building and the room itself were very neat, comfy and stylish with fantastic river views. The central location makes it incredibly easy to get to and from the airport using the Dublin Express 782 - stops are a 2 minute walk in either direction. My host was very responsive by text and clearly takes care of the building very well.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Will/Phillip are great hosts and there when you need help or recommendations. Very nice and wants to share all they know about the area. We had a great stay!

Perfect location and the room was clean and nice. Small room but had everything you needed. The shower was amazing! I felt welcome and the staff were friendly. got some good tips for the city which was very nice

Many flaws: the kitchen lacked basics such as salt, sugar, coffee, or paper napkins. No hot water except in the showers. Water was a major problem; we had no running water from shortly after we arrived till next day (over 12 hours). Signs of neglect all over the place, broken locks, an overgrown young tree bending over the outdoor table, unkept swimming pool, dusty windows, rusty shower heads. The place needs urgent attention.
This said, the place is a magnificent villa tastefully designed, apparently recent, with roofless ensuite bathrooms and attention to detail. The rooms are huge and the beds very comfortable. The house was clean, as were the sheets and towels. Wi-fi worked fine. Great potential for being a luxury accommodation, located in a nice neighbourhood not far from the centre.

We stayed the night as we went to a concert in the 3olympia. This room was in the best location as we were close to every place we wanted to go. The shower was one of the best experiences of my life as it was super hot and had great pressure. The water was a little slow to drain as well as there wasn't any door to stop water splashing onto the floor.

It was a little noisy because our room was facing the river and road. Nothing too bad but just be aware.

This was the worst place we have ever rented before. Upon arrival to the house, within 5 minutes of settling in we received a visit from electricians from the city saying that our electricity is getting cut off and we haven’t paid the bill. After numerous attempts of reaching out to the owners we finally get a response, but they were out of town and couldn’t come help us. After explaining to the electricians that the bill has been paid they reluctantly turned it on, but suggested we leave since it was hooked up illegally and could explode on us. On top of that, the sliding door to our rooms were broken, multiple lights were out in the back. Needless to say we will not be renting from here again.

Room was just as advertised and very clean. Easy and flexible check-in and communication. Would stay again.
