Didn't actually receive the product I bought. I also confirmed that my shipment wasn't handled incorrectly, so I'm not sure where along the way it went wrong, but I'm assuming it wasn't even sent out in the first place.

If I'd known, I'd have saved the cash.
I ordered my product on 10/15/2021 with hopes of having it for a part of my Halloween costume. I paid the $4.99 shipping fee with 3-4 day expectations. I understand COVID still affects the delivery of some companies but I am on day 12 and nothing, They use their own tracking company/tracking software that makes little sense as I am not sure where it is. Maybe US customs in Chicago?
