Ordered a tarot deck on January 5th. Over 20 days later, no tracking number, no updates, and no response to multiple emails. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend buying here.

The bag I ordered from this site is very high quality. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it is very reliable and I love the design. The customer service is also the best I've experienced. When my package was delayed for almost a month, the seller kindly sent me another one for free. It came in the mail very quickly.
