★☆☆☆☆ UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased a very expensive marble table from hipnosnictehome.com in October 2024, with a promised delivery by January 2025. Almost a year later, I still haven’t received the tabletop — only the base was delivered.

Since then, I’ve been fed nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises. I have spent an unbelievable amount of hours to speak with the company and their external logistic company and I even found my own external company to pick up the table top but months afterwards they do not even know where their external logistic company is keeping the table top we have paid thousands of Euros for. They have given me the name of their external logistic partner to try and find it out! Except for all these, I have also paid for part if the transfer of the table bottom to our location, despite clearly having a door to door delivery.

This is not just unprofessional — it’s outrageous. For a company dealing in luxury furniture, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering a purchase to stay away. Based on my experience, you risk losing your money and your patience.

This site falsely claims to ship from the EU & North America, but after ordering, you discover that items are shipped from China. The product I received was poor-quality, not as described, and unusable. When I requested a refund, they ignored my emails for weeks. After finally responding, they made me pay €100 for return shipping, only to sabotage the delivery by not providing necessary customs documents. The package was sent back to me, and they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this scam site at all costs!

So I was asked to explain what happened. I bought two chairs which I thought I was buying from Spain. I had about 40 emails exchanged and they never told me the chairs are made in China and shipped from there. They never corrected me when I asked about shipping from Spain. They never told me about extra charges. Paid another €400 for custom charges which I didn’t know about it as I thought was coming from Spain. I also had to organize the courier from the port as they failed to do that too. All together I paid €500 extra for them not being transparent

Scam scam do not buy!!! Bought lamp £334 arrived from china 2 mths later with 100 stamps on box glass top smashed and nothing at all like image (was supposed to be white marble) was brown. They drop ship from China and don’t even know the products they are sending. I was then told to get my money back I had to send broken item back to china at a cost of £90! Escalated case with PayPal then had to send back to Spanish address which cost me £40 for an unusable product this item has now been delivered and I am still waiting on my refund! Don’t let their website fool you like me they are a cheap knock off drop shipping company shocked how PayPal will facilitate them!

I ordered a lamp what was very expensive. I was told that the company is based in Europe. It took about 8 weeks for the package to arrive. It turned out that they have sent it from China. I had to pay clearance costs because it was not coming from Europe.

The problem began again when I wanted to return the item. They only gave me 14 days to return it when it took them around 8 days to provide me with the instructions. I had an adres with no postal code and was provided with an adres in China which will cost me double the fees to send it to a company in Europe.
Costumer service is very slow in responding and don’t try to understand your point of view.

Simple dropshipping company with fake product photos of premium items. None of the items received matched their promo photo, they are all cheap replicas shipped from various poor countries of the World, probably worth about 10% of the value they are selling them for. Extremely long shipping time and useless costumer service. AVOID!!!

Scam! They send me a chair looking noting like the images online. When emailing, calling, DM on Instagram they all ask to email. Nut no one replies! I am trying to contact them for 4 months!

I was scammed by this company; I ordered 3 expensive lamps, and they sent fake copies made in China in plastic material, totally different from what they advertise

I bought 1 wendy sofa and 2 irina couch, i am extremely happy with them. From the first moment when i took the order, sandra was extremely nice and helped me pick up the matching couches for the sofa, plus the matching colours. She also sent two pillows when they sent the package. You can see from the moment they arrive that products are next level compared to usual products you find on the market, they are packed in so many layers of packaging that you fall asleep when you unpack:)). I have to admit i lost a bit patience with the delivery times but it was all worth the wait and they look even better live than they looked on the page. No product from any other place could look better in my living room. I love them!

We purchased an expensive item back in August and there has been no sign of it. There has been one response pretty much saying it's still on its way and still nothing. the likely hood of getting a refund is not looking good.

ordered a product, they sent me a confirmation email. then more than a month later, they sent an email apologising for not shipping my order yet, and asking if I would like to still proceed with said order. I said no worries, all good, proceed with the order.
a few days later they canceled that order!
so disappointed, the company is total mess obviously. don’t shop!

I have ordered a pair of lamps which were announced at last items available from the stock. When asking for the tracking number of shipment, they then told me that the lamps would need to be produced, and that's why they cannot come up with a tracking number yet. Since then they sent me various tracking number with various excuses, written through a standardised email, but so far none of them work. And as another customer has stated already for products that cost a lot of money. Reading the other reviews, I do not want to imagine the quality of product that I will receive. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I was sent two lamps that dont match what we ordered, don't assemble properly, are broken and don't even turn on when plugged in. Worse than a Walmart lamp and we spent almost $1k!! unbelievable. and we've been trying for 2 months to get resolved. I've literally never had a worse purchasing experience

Quality products at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and the quality is excellent! I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Faster delivery than expected, good communication. Product appears to be good quality.

You had what we needed and got us in and out fast was very helpful in getting our order !

Very very nice salespersons there, very patient with us as we wondered around back and forth trying to decide which loveseat we wanted, gave us great advice too!! Loved the store, beautiful lay out and grouping of items. Good prices too!!

Be aware!!! It is a scam and should be judged for the crimes!

Scam, they ignore emails, try to avoid any refund and blame it on PayPal. Fake tracking numbers - be aware

This is a fraud. I made an order 30 Jan. they still didn’t send me my purchase and they don’t answer my letters and don’t return my money.
