I made use of Hipoteken International Mortgages in 2023 to handle my family’s transition from the Netherlands to Spain. As a self-employed non-resident, buying a home was more complicated. Philip from Hipoteken found solutions to our problems and made the purchase possible. The team speak multiple languages, so there was never any need for me to translate any of my documents. They also have professional experience with the major banks, so they were able to streamline the process of obtaining approval for a mortgage. Everyone I dealt with was calm and courteous at all times. We couldn’t have moved without them!

The team at Hipoteken made the process of securing a mortgage in Spain much simpler than had we tried to do it independently. They demonstrated great patience and understanding dealing with us when we knew so little of the process and had to be guided through every step in great detail.
