There is something magical about receiving a fresh flower bouquet and the one I recently received exceeded all expectations.

The package was carefully wrapped, presented well on arrival and delivered with care by the courier.

The bouquet itself was composed primarily of pretty, more delicate flowers...stocks, delphiniums, carnations and alstroemeria all in vibrant colours of cerise, purple and blue which I adore.
They arrived in bud so looked quite green but within 2 days they had bloomed and were simply stunning.

One of the bouquet's best features is longevity. The flowers were exceptionally fresh on arrival and a full 7 days on, they are still perfectly bloomed and look incredible.

Not only did this gift brighten my day but also served as a reminder of the simple joy that a bouquet of fresh flowers can bring.

Dumped outside of the house. Didn't knock at all. I assumed they fake signed the delivery...A box like that big would arouse suspicion, so I believe it could've been stolen if I didn't check it.

The flowers are indeed beautiful, except the pink roses kinda dying.

The card printed on like a paper, not even a hard material card. The card folded asymmetrically. Inside it was blank, my boyfriend said he customized and wrote a message. So of course, they didn't check with care and sent a blank card.

Now I know moon pig is a no no and hipper is also a no no.

Really poor - wish I had reviewed this site before booking them.

Do not use them. Really pooor quality flower that went brown within a day or two. Missed the gift card and the bouquet size was nowhere near what was stated on their website.

Awful company. Never sent the sympathy card I paid for following the death of a family friend and refused to refund me. I don't understand how they can get away with this. The only reason I didn't pursue this legally was for the low cost of the item.

UPDATE!! Had issues with the first order but company rectified and sent a lovely bunch - eventually - It did take about three days to get a response though. very good quality flowers and vase! Flower's lasted over a week.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Flowers dumped upside down outside my wife’s place of work. Box soaking flowers without water for god knows how long. Really poor service. It’s a doctors surgery all driver needed to do was go to reception. Will never use again and advise others to stay well clear. There’s a reason they offer Groupon.

Ordered flowers at 3.30pm arrived at recipient before 10 am next day. Great service, great communication keeping me informed and beautiful flowers by all accounts, so what more can I ask for.

Very disappointed, my order of flowers, hand cream and card were not delivered on the day I picked 1/11/18. I'm still waiting on details of delivery.

Terrible, never using this again, order was never delivered and never got an apology nor a refund. Hope the authorities notice this and gets dealt with, unacceptable

Terrible delivery, parcel was left outside of the building, where it could be easily stolen or damaged because of bad weather conditions. Courier/driver didn't even knock on the doors to check if anyone is present at home.

Good quality arrived as stated the quality off flowers and teddy was outstanding.. the only little thing I think they could improve on is quality of the card but the flowers were brilliant well packaged and my wife loved them will certainly use them again.. keeps the wife happy it's got to be bonus... happy wife happy life!

Good communication and customer service

Easy website to use,delivery as stated and good quality flowers, also larger bouquet than expected. Very pleased, defiantly would use again.

It was easy to purchase. Wasn’t complicated at all. Updates where awesome I give 5 stars for that. But the flowers were damaged on the time of delivery. Please work on that.

Easy to order using there digital photos of each bunch of flowers. They arrive well packaged and even better than the photo online. The card was a little creased but the balloon was fine. Overall excellent fast and efficient service and easy to purchase. Definitely will recommend and use again. It’s the second time I’ve used Hipper already.

I ordered the Mojito bouquet and upgraded to the 'Grande' size. I have seen a photo of the flowers I sent and although they look very nice, I'm not sure they contains all the flowers shown in their website photo and I'm not sure I'd call it 'grande' either. A little disappointing to be honest, considering I paid another £9.99 for something I thought was going to be spectacular.
The flowers did arrive at the right place on the right day.
