I did £300 on here at 12p a spin and got 1 single bonus and won less then £4 absolute dead spins there thieves!!

Not great so far. The site itself is ok and has good variety of games. But that is irrelevant if you win and can't withdraw your winnings because they are stuck in a pending state. Withdrew Friday, expected it maybe saturday morning as part of Betway family so prejudge this on their timescales. Checked with live chat Sat and sunday, they said processing slower over weekends. Checked on Monday and they said you arent verified send docs. I sent docs, no acknowledgement email. Went back on to live chat who cant tell me anything apart from to be patient. I was trying to be patient but difficult when the reviews here show this is normal behaviour from them. Wrote a complaint as no one told me to send docs over the weekend and they let me deposit freely and only requested them when withdrawal made (they didnt even request them until I queried withdrawal). Response to complaint was "This isn't a valid complaint". So to date not impressed.

Signed up didn’t recieve bonus

Scam ,case was reported to police.There is no option to withdraw money

So signed up, was automatically verified, made a small deposit and decided to try the site out, then I cant access the games (error message) and then cant log in, message saying Im on a register of exclusion (sounds like gamstop, but Im not registered on there, never have) managed to jump on chat, type "complaint" as its get you to a human rather than the bot that goes in circles. Found out that I excluded from Jumpman years ago (I vaguely remembered as I signed up at the time and I think they had no live games at the time so just excluded to ensure I dont make the same mistake) Since then Betway have bought out Jumpman and their exclusions apply to Betway, was offered the opportunity to give 6 months notice to have my account opened! Decided not worth it as plenty of other operators out there and reading the reviews on here they are not the best. Chat advised I send my bank statement and proof of ID to their verification email which Ive done, so expecting to see my deposit returned (not difficult as it should be closed loop, I paid via banking transfer) Im a member of the actual casino in London and will remain so, surprised that they associate or allow betway to use their name as the reputational risk is significant, will chat to them when Im next down there. From reading on here I expect I may have to get a complaint raised / ADR just to get my deposit back!
Will update review on time to get deposit back and if further escalation is needed, the only positive is that the site looked pretty decent but not given opportunity to test so cant comment on games loading , lag etc Customer service were polite and helpful (hence 2 star)

It is okay, with some good promotions from time to time. But, the site is always down, and withdrawls take hours. Technical issues ruin the experience.

Its a con and rips people off

Its a scam avaoid at all costs, impossible to get a scatter of any sort. I span £90 at 30p a spin and never once got a scatter on big bass. Shocking site.

Promotions not honoured

Avoid as the sign up bonus is not honoured and will be told that the Promotions team have made a decision that you did not qualify without any reasoning even when you have met all of the qualifying conditions. Worst online casino I have ever experienced.

I made a withdrawal request on Friday £2K… It’s now Sunday and still nothing. I have used other betting sites and they miraculously manage immediate withdrawals. What is the issue with Hippodrome/Betway.

It’s simply not acceptable that a deposit is instantaneous yet a withdrawal is not. Will I get a response here as I can’t get a response on their useless live chat.

I wish i could give anything less then 1star absolutely rubbish site please do not deposit no money on this online site .. Deposited £100 yesterday evening the money went out straight from my account have been waiting for more then 24hrs for it to show on my app but it did not customer service is absolutely rubbish have wait for 1 hrs just to know that the deposit has been rejected for no reason and will bounce back into your bank account in 3 working days ...which i dont think is fair I deposited the money to play and make some money and not to been rejected without any reason and wait for my own money for 3 working days now ....
