Excellent service despite the name!
By far and away, the greatest contributor to this positive review is James Butler! James responded to my enquiry and with immense patience, responded to a squillion questions and changes of heart with regard to which car I thought I wanted. I have already recommended him to a friend in a similar situation.
This is a big deal, costing much over several years, so it's a commitment that requires thought, consideration and plentiful information. James provided it all willingly and unhesitatingly. Delivery has yet to happen but has been organized to accommodate my diary.
My sole concern is the name of the company. Hippo??? Who thought that was a good idea 🤣
