Lack of Customer Service After completing my Order Form & Paying…

After completing my Order Form & Paying my Admin Fee of £294 I have heard nothing since. This is despite trying, unsuccessfully, to contact my 'named' agent dealing with my Order 'Jade' via repeated phone calls, non being answered. Yesterday 17th April I again contacted the Account Manager I originally dealt with, James Mann, who promised to get the other agent to call me back. It is now 18th April and after trying to contact 'anyone' I have received no further response. Once contacted, if I can cancel my Order, I will do so. Customer Service does not appear to matter within Hippo Leasing!!!!

Olivia and Raphael were so friendly and helpful:
Olivia helped me sort out the finance paperwork over text messages and was quick at responding to my questions.
Raphael was there at the handover and was very thorough, going through each step with my wife and myself.

Slow customer service

I didn’t like being told I would be kept informed with the progress of my purchase but then having to keep phoning up to get an update.

I had been approved for a Juke for…

I had been approved for a Juke for lease, but have decided on a different car from a local lease branch instead. The lady on the phone was very insistent on retaining the quote and, if so, on "rethinking" it. When I assured her that my choice was made, her attitude shifted drastically to a rude, dismissive tone, with a dreaded sigh, and she snarled back, "Oh, alright then," with a quick hangup and no polite send-off. I do not expect to be treated like royalty, but I surely do not expect to be degraded on the phone when I am about to sign up for a 3+ year lease with MY money. The call was at 16/03/2026 @ 12:39. Unacceptable.

People wonderful, but the system . ( date guesswork).....

The people I dealt with were great. But the automated system was quite problematic and meant that I could have lost the vehicle that I hoped to have. But this was managed sucessfully by your staff working well outside normal hours!!!
