Good Experience
I had no issues with Hiproof. The bottle I ordered was delivered within a week of ordering it, and it was delivered as described without damage. The site has great prices and some hard to find bottles. I would definitely do business with them again.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. My package was returned without my consent due to the delivery company’s error. Rather than resolving the issue with UPS, they tried to charge me for reshipping. Emails went unanswered, and despite trying for over a month to get the issue resolved, they showed willingness to help but only the words. Never received a call nor email. They kept saying they were busy. I eventually had to initiate a credit card dispute.
