IT'S A TOTAL SCAM !!
I already review A LONG dissapointment on HIPSLINE.FR
So, what I'm just gonna say is, THEY ARE A SCAMMER !
THEY TURNED OFF THEIR COMMENTS AND REACTIONS SECTION ON THEIR FB SO YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN THERE !
And all that left are beautiful fake positive and promising comments in their section !
I ordered the item from hipsline.com, but a month later, my order was not found !
They gave their new France page (hipsline.fr) and my new ID, but the result was the same !! And I never get their reply after that.
Please FB users, don't get tricked by them !! Please read the reviews here before purchasing em !

It should be ZERO star, check Facebook they are scammers!
SCAMMERS, FALSE ADVERTISING, BREACH THE LAW & THEIR OWN TERMS. They replied to my 1st review, saying I could have a refund email refund team, they responded to say refunds are only for customers that do not receive. It took over 30 days under Consumers Contract Regulations I should have had a refund but they keep refusing. Also they reply with info contradicting what their terms say.
They have terms that they do not abide by. They send the items 2 months late and what do you know the dvd is not there. Everyone is saying the same thing, they false advertising as there are no DVDs for anyone.
I have been complaining since they breached The Consumer Contracts Regulations, however they ignore what you say, think they do not have to follow the Law or their own terms. I've asked them to confirm it's their final response but they ignore and write the same thing. It's alright though, as once 8 weeks are up I can escalate without them confirming final response..

Scam scam scam
I purchased this item on 29.03.2020. Then within 2 minutes i realise i press the purchase bottom again. So i ordered two. So I email them on hipsline.com. They replied back within two hours saying they processing and it take 72hrs (max).. Look in my bank account still no refund. Sent other email on 1.04.2020 saying i haven't received the refund.. They haven't replied back... Do not order anything on hipsline because it totally scam.
