The socks were not the size advertised

The socks look good and I am sure that they would be comfy if I had tried them on. But I cannot even try them on as they are so ridiculously small. I bought the large size crew sock which is advertised as shoe size 10-12 on the Hipswan website. The socks that were delivered are labelled large and shoe size 8 ½-11. These socks are fully 2 inches shorter than size 10-12 socks that I wear daily. I cannot even try them on as this would invalidate returns. If you damage the paper band whilst opening them to check the size this invalidates the returns. They will accept a return if the socks don't fit, but you have to pay the postage, even though they were mis-described in the first place. If you have tiny feet I'd probably recommend them, otherwise steer clear.
N.B. this review relates to the Hipswan UK website.

Socks too small be careful when ordering

I ordered one pair of socks. It said size 6 to 8
I tried on one. Not big enough I’m a size 7 no more
If you remove sock to try on no refund and the paper band split you can’t get a refund.
If this was m and s and any high street shops they would accept that the socks were not big enough.
Waste of money. !! Poor

Hooked!

Just ordered my first pair of no show socks. Definitely not disappointed! Having odd shaped feet these stay in place, extremely comfortable with no rubbing. About to place a 2nd order. More costly than other brands but definitely worth it.

Finally socks that don’t slip!

Really good socks - so comfortable and never slip down which is just perfect. Plenty of other day they don’t but they do. If I was being picky I would say they do shrink a little but I do machine wash mine and tumble dry them so I go for the bigger size, they are not the cheapest socks but they are the only ones not to let me down so I have just bought more!!

Fantastic product

Fantastic product - I ordered the no show trainer socks and have just placed another order. So impressed, excellent quality and throughout a 30 mile walking city break, they stayed put and comfortable. Exactly as promised! Thank you.

Fantastic!!!!

I love to review great companies and this one is top of my list.
The customer service has been excellent from start to delivery.
The quality of the Merino wool dash trainer socks is excellent, very soft and thick, these are a great insulator in winter and I can imagine extremely suitable for runners, golfers(like myself) or just working out as they are nonslip, I love the work ethics of this company and I am very happy to give a 5* rating with no hesitation in recommending
