Nothing has gone wrong but it would be nice if they money can be put back on the card instead of a gift voucher, what am I suppose to do if I don’t like something, and I am unable to get my money back, because that voucher will be unused and waste of money.

refusing refund
customer service is shocking, I returned my order in good faith expecting a refund and they’re refusing to give me my money back- just giving me a gift card for their website. What company does that, and says i agreed to it? astagfirrulah, it’s really shameful.
The clothes were also badly made, didn’t look like the picture online. if you’re thinking of ordering, DONT!it’s a company to avoid at all costs

I am a regular customer of hira
I am a regular customer of hira. Regular shop online, as I am over 200 miles away. I ordered a dress which was different to what i ordered. After emailing them i never git a reply. I text on whatsapp and again was ignored.
Finally i sent a text on the number online and somwone responded a few days later. So I got in touch and they agreed to exchange it. I drove all the way there. The customer service was appalling and very arrogant. I didn't feel like a valued customer or anything.
The whole experience has made me think twice before I continue my shopping.

The product did not match the picture and late response from customer service
The product did not match the picture, it was tooo short and the response from customer service did not arrive yet when I asked for a refund and how to process the refund. Its been 3 days I left the email and they haven't replied yet.

The clothing is okay
The clothing is okay , I did pick and collect. The customer service is really bad when u go in the shop they got shop assistants who will follow u around, any clothing rack u touch they are standing so close to you its very intimidating I had to tell her to move no personal space than the lady on till main owner jus gave parcel no hi , no thank you practically ignore u ,the shop assistants need to also use deodorant the shop smell is toxic and this shop is on Stratford road Birmingham
