We hired Lago to recruit and staff some VAs for our Property Management business. The process to find, vet and hire the staff only took a couple of weeks. It was a smooth experience from start to finish.

Our staff is customer facing so we were insistent on making sure they were good communicators and Lago delivered several options for candidates.

Our staff has been integrated in to our team and Lago still keeps in touch to check in.

Broc and his team are top notch professionals in hiring talent. We have made one hire with Lago but have had many interviews with their candidates.
