They are using AI filtering

I have over 5 years experience as a Virtual Assistant across many industries; Real Estate, Healthcare, and Saas. My main strength is as a Executive Assitant or Sales Manager. Most of the roles ask for 2 years experience so I applied for those even though I am overqualified. However, out of 10 applications I filled out, I was rejected from each one, even one that was a lowly sales rep job that only required 1 year of experience. The reason people keep getting rejected is because they are using AI to filter applications, since they receive hundreds. But, the thing is with AI is that it looks for a centralized resume to pass. If you're resume has various roles, you wont pass. You may pass if you have a centralized resume focused on one role like a sales resume, or a customer service resume. But that's just my take.

I applied for a Job as a high ticket…

I applied for a Job as a high ticket closer sales rep. I have worked for US companies, and in my last company I closed high ticket deals. They declined my aplication without even watching my video. It has 0 views which shows they don’t even review it. I have nothing against with what people study, but a psicologist telling me that I have marketing but not sales experience when I have closed deals that range between 10K to 300K is the same as going to a doctor when I have a problem with my car. They don’t understand the roles cause they haven’t work on them.

Employer Review - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Most of their reviews are from candidates. If you are looking for an employer review, this is it. We hired LATAM to recruit for two positions. They did successfully recruit two candidate. However, one candidate severely struggled in their role. Despite us pouring daily training and assistance, after 4 months, he resigned.

Rather than communicate with us (their client who paid for a service) and resolve our vacancy, they took the side of the recruit who blamed our processes for his struggles and ended our agreement. Keep in mind, we have 14 other employees in the same position who are excelling. We spent $5000+ for a truly dissatisfying service experience and I would not recommend any US companies to work with them,

Sean,

We are disappointed to see our relationship conclude under these circumstances. When we initially started working together, we were able to place two of our candidates successfully with your company. Since then, our team has consistently made accommodations to meet your team's needs, even after we highlighted significant communication and logistical issues on multiple occasions, as well as endured instances of disrespect and unprofessionalism during meetings.

Attributing employee dissatisfaction and retention challenges to us is unprofessional. If performance issues with candidates had arisen, you would have reached out to activate your guarantee in a timely manner, which did not occur. Furthermore, the misleading information presented in your recent review only reinforces our concerns regarding your company.

Despite these difficulties, we made sincere efforts to sustain our collaboration and support your hiring needs. Our primary objectives are to deliver exceptional service to our clients and to ensure a positive experience for candidates, both of which are of utmost importance to us.

We wish you the best moving forward.

The recruiting has a very superficial methodology...they don't properly read resumes or listen to candidates...they don't provide accurate feedback ....

DO NOT APPLY HERE ever in your life...its clear they are not qualified for this Job and their customer service is not acceptable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I've applied over 7 times with these guys and it's always the same, the application takes time to fill out just for them to reply with "You're overqualified for this position" or "We have decided to go with another candidate that matches better the job description" like my 5 years of experience were NOTHING, I only had the chance to speak to someone in an interview just to be even more disappointed or more so "the client suddenly decided they won't be hiring for this position" when not even a week has passed so clearly they have someone already for the position and they have to post it just because, please people there are more serious websites where you can find a better job and they won't ghost you.

Don't Waste your time

The application process seems to have their "favorites", I have applied to "Open" positions over 7 times that match my profile as sales developer and customer services, and only 1 of the times was interviewed not before going through rescheduling (interviewer issues such as power outage or having holiday in between(customer last day for taking candidates was on the holiday and original interview date was 2 days before that)). The day of the interview I was told the client was no longer looking for more candidates but she will add me to the pool, tried with Virtual Latinos and within 1 week I had landed a job with my 12 years in experience

Terrible experience

Terrible startup to put you in touch with companies in the United States. I applied approximately 10 times to positions for which I met all the requirements and the necessary education that "their client" in the United States demands, and the answer was always that my profile did not suit the position, or that the education was not enough, or that my recorded video or audio to apply was too short, or that I didn't live in Mexico (when the JD never specified that this was necessary), and a bunch of other excuses. I realized that the only thing they did, was to waste my time recording videos and audios for the applications with all the time it takes to do this.
Zero empathy from the recruiters who do not respond to emails or messages on Linkedin and in the email rejection tells you that you are now in the pool, that you will be contacted in the future, keep waiting.
With more than 5 years of experience in customer service I can say that this is like a poor customer service. I honestly give up with this guys. If they are really connecting people they will put the examples on their websites with complete names and contacts if you want to have reference of them.

DON'T LOOSE YOUR TIME APPLYING TO THEM. It is highly probable that they are filling the positions with friends and family and the Linkedin post are just to comply with the protocol.
