With our business starting to be involved in recruitment strategies for our clients, we decided to trial HireVire along with a few other systems. The simplicity of the dashboard and ease of setting up the job for candidates to reply to is excellent.

Each question can be broken down into its own video, can easily sort into shortlist and reject, and send links of the candidate to others. Being able to leave your own video introduction to prospective candidates is a bonus.

I’m not from the HR sector. I’m a complete beginner here. However, a client is looking for employees and asked me to help him out.

Okay…Let’s go.

Had a look around and then found Hirevire. I was thrilled with the simple and quick process. I’ve never heard of such a process before. Went straight to the Hirevire website, tried out the demo, and I was over the moon. Even a pre-school child could handle the process. Simply fantastic. The right thing for me ;)

And the speed of the uploads in the application process was … wow.. really brilliant. Equally impressive was the quality of the later playback. Okay, at first I played around a bit, made some joke recordings etc., but the brilliant thing is that you can always re-record each recording before you move on to the next question. That´s freedom!

Right afterwards, I bought it to try it out. And I created my first job in under 60 seconds. Truly fascinating.

What was important to me was that e-mails and many other outputs can be set in German.

Sanat quickly set German as a language choice for me and gave me tips on where and how to do things to meet my needs.

And now that I’ve seen how even in Germany some people are crafting offers for clients from this process in combination with advertising, it’s even another chance to offer new services to clients.

Of course, every software has some bugs, but these were quickly fixed. Top!

All in all: Even if you have no clue about the HR sector, want a stress-free and already automated process for employee recruitment/selection - Hey, get Hirevire. As a beginner in this sector, I now know what I’m talking about, because now I know how easy it can be.

1. To start, it allows you to screen through "lazy" applicants as it is an extra step in the application process. This allowed me to only see applicants with really high intent + a willingness to take action.

2. I didn't have to waste time and mess around with scheduling initial Zoom calls for every applicant. I structured my questions in a way that allowed me to immediately get a sense of an applicants level of knowledge. This allowed me to screen applicants faster and more efficiently.

To conclude, I scheduled individual calls with my shortlisted applicants, and made the final decision to hire one of them within the week. I'd say the experiment with HireVire was a success and I'll be using it whenever I need to make a new hire.

TLDR: the amount of time I saved with HireWire was well worth the purchase price.
