Red flags everywhere when I have been contacted. I would like to advice you to be cautious to share any personal information with them. Even though the company website may look legit I have my doubts it actually is.

Got a very rude and pushy LinkedIn message from Nirmala asking if I was interested in a role. She sent me the Job description and to my horror she’d sent me another candidates application with all their personal details showing. She couldn’t be bothered to even edit or erase the details. Their was a highlighted GDPR note actually advising consultants to be careful and remove personal details.

When I asked where the role was based I was told reading ( hybrid). I live in Newcastle!!! I called her out telling her she’d sent me someone’s else’s personal application and her response was… “Oh, My Bad”

Avoid at all costs. Hirexa advertises itself as providing solutions to healthcare, so much for "healthcare". The entire experience was nothing but a nightmare and I just had the most shocking and negative experience ever. Nithin Reddy from Hirexa Solutions to be avoid at all costs with regards to a service desk analyst role at HCL.

The interview scheduled did not include a Microsoft teams link. Never heard back, then the second time around they don't appear for the interview when I contacted them again and he was saying they were too busy with Diwali celebrations ?

I don't recommend working at Cadent, HCL or Hirexa. I had the most awful interview experience at Cadent. They have several other negative reviews online. I applied on LinkedIn as I did with the other jobs which people have asked. It was through Hirexa Solutions and Cadent use HCL for their service desk support. Interviewer appeared to be more concerned about Cadent Vans driving on the road which was quite baffling and bizarre taking into consideration this was an interview for an IT role. Unfortunately the interviewers were unprofessional and came across as extremely unfair and I am not sure what was funny. His colleague Tahir Azad was also inclined to be worried about petty things which I have had similar experiences in the past at interviews. I believe they do such things in order to avoid giving jobs to people.

You represent your company and I'm afraid after this experience I would not recommend Cadent, HCL and Hirexa, and judging by your other several negative reviews, I am extremely concerned about this company and I urge everyone to be wary in any regard when dealing with them. I would not recommend at all.

Phoned from India offering me a job. The job was what I was looking for, but they asked for identifying information such as passport to be sent within the hour which made me suspicious.

A few days later I get a call from the UK apologising for the confusion, stating that they can put my name forward to the Met Office without the documents. So I call the Met Office and I am not the first person to do this. They told me that they do NOT use external recruitment agencies so they are not genuine.

Do not send your details to this company.
