I just started a my first private podcast for my nonprofit. Uploading our content to Hiro was a breeze and Hiro has lots of ways to get customers like a sales page, keywords, zapier. Glad you jumped on board.

The review is for Hiro.fm bizarrely at the time of writing this trust pilot page is called Bob's Taco truck but links to Hiro.fm

At best bad business practice and at worst intentional fraud. I bought the service off an ad. Once I got in there was an enforced limitation that was not mentioned on the lifetime deal sales page.

Support initially told me to go read the refunds page which says 'no refunds. And were unhelpful.

Only on threat of a chargeback did they begrudgingly issue a refund and then deducted an admin fee.

You make your own decision but my advice - stay away from them.

Update to address the response:

1. My email was very professional i.e name
business.com and i'd imperted a lengthy bio and picture from my Youtube channel into the system
2. There is a restriction of 500 contacts that is not listed any where on the sales page
3. Your customer service person was rude and point blank told me 'go read the refund policy' which says no refunds. Yes it's listed right at the bottom of your pages but that is an extremely rare case that is both unlawful in many countries and not great customer service.
4. My use of trustpilot is not relevant here. But as you brought it up - i shre positive reviews on Facebook, to my network and on Linkedin. I use trustpilot only as a last resort when a company is that bad that i feel i need to warn other unsuspecting customers.
