No response, No order for months after payment.
Cant get in touch with the company, they don't reply on the e-mails and contact forms. made a order on 25.05.2023 and payed it (Order #15267) and to this day 29.07.2023 still haven't received the order. If you have options choose a different company.

Ordered placed on Sunday, package arrived on Tuesday in The Netherlands. Kudos to Hiro and delivery company, got what I wanted in a good time.

Great service. Can improve communication.
The initial question I had about the product was answered very quickly and precisely.
The shipping was delayed and I had to ask several times before receiving an answer about that. That why one star is deducted.
When I got a reply it was very polite and precise as well.
The product was carefully packed. I also pulled some good cards from the booster packs therein.
I received emails about the shipping status whenever the status changed.
I would order here again on the next occasion.
