To anyone getting an engagement ring made bespoke, this is the one stop jeweller! From the outset the process was seamless, I recently had a ring made for my unsuspecting fiancé with His and Hers diamonds.

Honestly.... and I say that very sincerely, the results blew me away. The attention to detail, the presentation and the communication from the team all made the process stress free.... which isn't always easy when spending large amounts of money. We will definitely be going back to get our matching wedding bands. I've also heard they do some other bespoke items of jewellery so I'll definitely be taking a look!

Looking for the return website for His Hers jewelry. Need jewelry replaced or a refund. Bought at Walmart and can not find website to return/exchange it. Jewelry is still under manufactures warranty. Please help.

The seller actually came to my house with a selection of rings so we could see them in person, which was such a personal and helpful touch. He stayed in constant contact while the final designs were drawn up, and he hand-delivered the finished rings exactly when he said he would.

I was recommended His and Hers diamonds by a close friend. When I met up with the team I felt a warmth straightaway, the idea of the ring I proposed was understood, the the team of experts got straight to work designing a CAD for the ring, I made a few adjustments to this to make this right but the team were very patient with me. I met up with the team and decided on some diamonds I wanted and once we found the perfect ones they were ordered and arrived in record time. I had the opportunity to see the diamonds in person and instantly fell in love with them. The ring and the diamonds then went into production and soon after received a phone call to collect the ring. The whole experience with His and Hers was professional, the company are very transparent, and have great product knowledge! The WHOLE experience was stressfree.
