An absolute dreadful washing machine , I bought the machine with the narrower drum to fit under the worktop , it doesn’t spin if you’ve got more than 2 towels in , I’m sure that 2 towels don’t weigh 9kg, washing finished, dripping wet ,put on a spin cycle , even wetter than before , takes all day to do a few towels , never again will I buy a Hisense product

I am so pleased with my tv , the quality is amazing, as good as tv double or triple the price . amazing value for money. Manu and setup is a breeze . I would recommend it to any one who want a beautiful tv , at an amazing price .
Extremely disappointed with Hisense's…
Extremely disappointed with Hisense's customer service and warranty support.
My dishwasher is faulty, consistently failing to clean dishes properly - in fact making them more dirty. Despite this, Hisense has refused to replace the appliance while it is still under warranty, claiming that their engineer found no fault.
What is particularly frustrating is that the engineer did not run a full wash cycle during the inspection, which would have clearly demonstrated the issue. I have provided additional evidence, including photographs showing the condition of dishes and glassware after a cycle, but this appears to have been disregarded.
We have now been without a working dishwasher for several weeks, I expected a much better level of support from a manufacturer when dealing with a warranty claim.

Not even worth 1 star useless service no one even replies have to chase emails been without a fridge which is under warranty for 8 weeks now and still not replaced and no one looks at emails disgrace company

I was accused of damaging the HDMI/eARC…
I was accused of damaging the HDMI/eARC port after it stopped working 3 months after purchase. It had worked perfectly for 3 months, using it daily, then all of a sudden stopped working. I fault found to determine it was the TV by swapping all other parts out, which still worked. I cannot recommend Hisense again, this was my 4th TV and first to have an issue. My measure of a good brand is two-fold: how the product behaves technically, and how any technical issues are resolved by the company, as and when they infrequently happen. I will never buy another Hisense product after this.

Washing machine which cost me £400 broken within a year, 2 claims made, both declined due to wear and tear, unreal, it's washing machine for £400 not for £100. Back with Samsung

Unresponsive customer services
Unresponsive customer services, delay after delay. Washing machine arrived faulty, unable to get any sense out of CS, keep asking me "if the water is turned on". I've provided multiple photographs, and they now want a video of the machine not working. After my seventh email, given up, and returning through Amazon, who btw, were fantastic to deal with.

I bought a washing machine from Hisense 1 year ago and it’s broken down they take a week to send someone out just to look at another week for someone to “fix” it yet it’s still broken. I call up to complain that I am not happy with this and was told nothing can be done till engineer has been out. Baring mind this washing machine is still in warranty as it’s only a year old! To then get an email that I have cancelled my warranty when I haven’t! I should have done my research before about this company cause no way would I of bought from them if this was going to be the issues I’m facing. I’ve made a formal complaint - UPDATE! I have to change my stars because I have had a better experience with them since they have fixed the issue and checked to make sure everything is okay. My complaint was with pacifica a company that works for Hisense. But they have resolved the issue and I now have a working washing machine again. Still not happy about the process we had to go through and the issue with the warranty. But atleast it’s sorted finally.

Twice this tv as been in for repair I would never get this tv again poor quality

From the beginning, my dryer never functioned properly, taking up to six hours to dry a normal load.
After two and a half years, the dryer completely failed.
This morning, a Hisense engineer came to "repair" it, replacing two parts but failing to thoroughly test the machine. Shortly after he left, I attempted a wash cycle, only to find that the washing machine also stopped working. I immediately called the engineer, but he did not answer.
When I contacted Hisense customer service, not only was the representative’s accent difficult to understand, but I was also informed that I must wait for the engineer to file a report before a new appointment can be scheduled.
This sequence of events is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and has left me without my essential appliances.

Happy with our new Hisisense. It is easy to use, very comprehensive and the remote is easy to use ,even for a techno dinosaur.
Hisense smart tv not very smart
We bought a 43 inch model number 43A6KTUK tv in December 2024 so it is still under guarantee. Initially we were pleased but then tv started freezing and failing to load aps like Netflix. The only way to get it started again was either with a factory reset or sometimes clearing the cache worked. It is driving us mad. We contacted Hisense again. Again they blamed our internet connection. Research has suggested that the problem is caused because the tvs have limited memory or weaker processors causing the cache to fill up and making the processing sluggish. It is a problem even when the tv shows it to be connected to the internet.We have even used an ethernet cable. We are now relying on a firestick. Customer services were unhelpful. We would not buy a Hisense product again.

It's a lovely telly, great picture, easy to use, and connect, but I've erred by using Freely which is not so great, but I may uninstall it...
I like the TV very much, but I find the OS not so good...

** Reference Hisense A5Q QLED Smart TV. This is a good quality TV slimline design and visualy pleasing. Initial set up was relatively easy and straightforward. The optimal setting for colour, picture, sound etc may take a while Obviously this is due to personal preferences.The easiest option is online via AI which was very beneficial. Also the 2 year guarantee is a good feature. Overall so far this a good set, the picture quality and sound when set correctly makes an excellent viewing platform.

I bought a Hisense cooker serial number 5loAoo37 on the second of June 26 l only had it a week when the small front hot plate stopped working my daughter notified Hisense sent a copy of the receipt serial number and what was the problem plus photos of the cooker and we have not received any response to what they are going to do to fix it I paid £110 plus the price of the cooker to have it installed this is why I have only given one star they are very quick to take your money but very slow to respond to any repairs I will not be buying from them again and I would say customer beware
