Third time visiting hishair now and gosh what an experience. Always a warm welcome and a step by step guide on what will be carried out during the procedure which keeps you at ease throughout the whole process.
Both Ian and Ranbir are pioneers, professionals to be precise masters in this field (20 years experience) and know exactly what they're doing.
Definitely recommend you pay a visit if your thinking about getting SMP done as you'll get all the help and support from them and a clear picture regards the final outcome.

Had a full touch up just over 10 years since my first treatment. Really really pleased with the result, and fab friendly service from the team at HISS Birmingham.

I have had the best experience with HIS Hair Clinic for the Scalp micro pigment sessions done by Ian and Ranbir at their clinic in Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers (office) .

They have done a fantastic job with all my sessions especially touch up and also aligning my front Scalp lining from the prev setting I chose initially to suit my overall look best.

I have had the joy of many people complimenting me including my family hence do not feel bald anymore since the SMP itself give the appearance of a clean shaven and trimmed natural look giving me a good head lining and a better look.

From my exp they are very genuine people in the field (to highlight - Initial Pioneers of the SMP process) with good hearts hence I went there several times in Dubai with last sitting done post covid in Aug 2022 (when lock downs restrictions had opened up even though their office were not fully operational at JLT Dubai it was at the Palm Jumeirah at my request they had my final session completed before I could travel and I was satisfied with it.

I did not opt to go with any others SMP providers in Dubai that claim to do a good job maybe they do but because I do not experiment to point of no return hence I was comfortable to get it done by Ian and Ranbir again and as expected a job well done .

Their initial suggestions on me not going for the hair transplant due to insufficient donor area on my Scalp was very accurate since I have done my research with other transplant companies hence I explored SMP pigment it's fantastic try it there are no side effects and the overall journey has been truly fantastic.

I had the initial feeling of Go, No Go just like many out there since it's was my first experience , but I followed through with HIS Hair SMP clientele that were prev done and it speaks alot.. I can from my exp vouch Ian and Ranbir are professionals I would highly recommend them..

I am one of their clients from a long time now and can send samples of my SMP done if anyone is truly interested.. I will visit them again in future for any touch ups.

Had this done 9 years ago through HIS, it was the biggest mistake i could have made. Not referring so much to the company more the procedure. I had done lots of research in the field and even looked into opening an smp business as there wasnt much competition at the time and seemed a very lucrative business. Lots of people will notice this and you will always be paranoid about people standing over your head. It does not look natural when completely bald. I have recently had a hair transplant over the smp and this has helped a lot. Stay away from the procedure in general. Either hairtransplant or shave it off. You can now get reasonably priced hair transplants in the UK or very reasonable and safe abroad. Dont make this mistake. You don't want people asking you have you had a tattoo on your head. Its not nice going bald but when you get to your 30s it becomes less of an issue. Any other bald person will notice and you will not get away from people staring at your head.

I went to His Hair Clinic in Birmingham and had a great appointment with Ranbir and Ian. Results are fantastic they were both so accommodating and bent over backwards to ensure I walked out really happy with my new look. Fantastic and I appreciate them both for giving me me a fresh new look.

Returned recently for a refresh after many years of having SMP, which has been a life changing experience from the start.

Ian & Ranbir were the creators of SMP & as expected the refresh was done professionally & in quick time, without a single concern from my side.

I left feeling extremely satisfied & pleased with the results with what I consider to be a minimal cost for a lifetime of confidence.

Clinic with the Worst Results
After reading all of the great reviews, I went to the clinic in 2019 to receive SMP and to have the same therapy done on my sisters for roughly 2.5k each.
After consulting with Ranbia, I am confident that it will work and last for many years, with just touch up required after a few years.My sister and I both got SMP done from them.
Our treatment was split into three days, on first day they have used the wrong ink and hardly could tell any treatment on the scalp, and I complained to Ranbia, who promised both of us another treatment, which never happened (still pending)
The worst part is that after a year, the ink starts to fade, and all we can see is a blue ink in our heads, which makes us stressed. I've called a few SMP providers, but they have refused to take us because of the Damage His hair clinic has done, pigment has discoloured went too deep into the skin, they have asked to do laser treatment to remove the ink so that they can do SMP again on it I have kept contacting His Hair and all they have said is that clinics are closed due to covid and to contact when furlough ends. Contacted them in Sep 2021 no answers checked companies house company does not exist, they have closed clinic and renamed it as “HAIRLOSS FOR WOMEN”

Ian and Ranbir are the dream team. For ages I worried if this would be right for me and after much research I was lead to this company. Without doubt the best choice I made. I am still buzzing from the finished look. I can’t stop looking at my head and it’s all down to their exceptional treatment. If you have the time and money it will be money well spent. Your head is your crown and you will leave the clinic feeling like a king or queen.

Went in today for my touch up was done by Ian and Ranbir can’t recommend them enough changed my life 6 years ago when had smp done originally and the touch up today went amazing everything that I had in mind to look at so did Ian before I said anything and made me feel at ease straight away there is honestly nowhere else I would go or trust with my head so if you thinking bout smp his hair clinic is the place to go . 100 percent ty Ian and Ranbir

Amazing treatment from HIS Hair company, Ian and Ranbir are kind and professional which puts you at ease as they talk you through the procedure. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended if you need micropigmentation. Abiet I keep my hair grade 0.5 all over there were patches that were very thin on the top of my head and were noticeable. Excellent engagement with Ian who explained the process thoroughly which eliviated any initial anxieties I had about the process. Ranbir undertook the procedure with Ian as second eyes. Felt very comfortable throughout the process and I am absolutely over the moon with the results!! Professional outfit and I recommend highly. New lease of life!!
