Avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. I placed an order and over a week later th order was still “processing” so I wrote and email asking for an update. I paid £7.99 shipping and it should have been shipped within 1-4 business days. My email was ignored. A few days later I sent another email which was again ignored. A few days after that, th parcel was still “processing” and so I requested a cancellation and refund. Ignored. I then messaged on Facebook and received a reply stating an agent will get back to me within 4 days. During that period, I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered but there was no sign of it. I am still awaiting a reply in facebook to try and get my money back. Hismile owe me over £32. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great product ...

Absolutely love the Hi Smile products and here`s why.
In my late 60`s now and have never been able to stand the taste / smell of mint and i can detect it in food from five feet away.
Therefore, trying to find a non mint toothpaste is very difficult which drove me to using the kids fruity stuff until a close friend (who knows my hatred of mint) saw one of your products (Iced Latte coffee) on a shelf and bought it for me.....fantastic!!!
I am now using the Salted Caramel and loving it too !!
Please dont stop making these toothpastes

Misleading products

Misleading products. Whitening products do not work. Ordered the v34 strips. First time i used i thought I'd give benefit of doubt and used them twice after with absolutely no difference. Bought directly from hi smile website. The advertisements shown on TV and ads via YouTube are FAKE and or photoshopped as unrealistic results.

Stay away

Customer service is terrible, honestly lesson learnt with this company, they take over two weeks to reply to a complaint/query. Ended up asking for a refund still waiting going on five weeks now

Fake product, scammers!

I purchased the V34 whitening strips based on HISsmile’s advertised refund policy if the product does not work.

Unfortunately, the strips did absolutely nothing for me. I contacted customer support over two weeks ago requesting a refund and even offered to return the unused product. I received an automated reply saying I would hear back within 1–4 business days — and then nothing. No response at all since.

At this point, the most frustrating part is not even that the product didn’t work, but that the company is completely unresponsive when it comes to honoring their own refund guarantee.

I am still waiting for a reply and a resolution. If this cannot be resolved, I will have to escalate the matter further through my payment provider.

Very disappointing experience.

SCAM

The color correction range is a complete SCAM!None of the products have remotely made any difference what so ever and have always returned back to chemist warehouse for a full refund…. I’ve even tried all the misleading gimmick marketing tricks like using it on yellow fruit and etc and zero difference!

If you want to waste your time then order here

Extremely disappointed with this company. It has now been over a week and my parcel has still not been dispatched, even though I paid for their new “Priority Dispatch”, which looks like nothing more than a money grab.

Their website still says: “Your parcel is being processed at our warehouse. Parcels can take 1–4 business days to leave our warehouse”, well a week has passed, and still nothing.

I paid £10 extra for Priority Dispatch because I needed the item on time. Ironically, this order is slower than a previous order I placed with regular shipping. This isn’t just frustrating, it shows the company’s real priorities: take your money first, deliver later (or maybe not at all). They advertise promises they clearly can’t keep.

I’ve contacted support twice. No reply. I got one automated email saying a specialist would respond in 1–4 business days. It’s been a week since that email too. Still nothing.

At this point, I have no parcel, no updates, and zero communication. Do not waste your time here. They sell services they will not provide and leave you with nothing but headaches, frustration, and the need to file chargebacks, so you might as well not spend money here at all.

We love Hismile toothpaste

We love Hismile toothpaste. We have been using it for about 4-5 years now and love being able to chose minty or fruity flavors. We also recently tried the mouthwash & it’s awesome and refreshing.

Avoid - strips don't work and their customer service appalling

Purchased the V34 Whitening Strips and corrector serum in December. Tried strips over Christmas and they did NOTHING (other than get purple bits everywhere). Have been writing to HiSmile Customer Service for over a month now asking for return authorisation and refund.. have been fobbed off with "backlog/limited hours/busy time of year" etc etc. Shockingly poor service. Don't waste your money!

I received my order with missing item

I received my order with missing item. ID Stain remover mouthwash. Multiple emails sent to the help line with no response or action for 12 days when they confirm 3-4 days with a reply to your issue. Very very poor customer experience

Never Received My Order, No Response to My Emails!

I ordered several products on 11/29/25. It’s now 01/29/26 and still have received NOTHING! I’ve sent them multiple emails (because they have no telephone customer service, of course!), and I only get an auto-reply stating how busy they are! This is NOT the way to run a business. I contacted my credit card company who will be following up with this shady company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Diabolical Customer service

Diabolical Customer service, it is non existent.

Order took a life time to be dispatched, however I cancelled the order twice - so should never have been.

Total lack of communication and poor service. Avoid!

Order placed on the 20th January and still haven't received it 9 days later. Sent several enquiries through website and had absolutely no reply back whatsoever. Absolutely horrendous service. After buying several different products in different stores, I will never be buying anything from this company again.

Diabolical Service HiSmile

Placed an order on 30th November, got a notification that it was delivered on 4th December by Amazon however nothing had been received! After emailing to make them aware and been given the run around to email Amazon etc as that is who delivered the parcel hi smile customer service went quiet on me! Eventually had to buy the same product elsewhere, which was dearer!! I am still fighting for a refund nearly 2 months later!! Emailed customer services a few times to be fobbed off they are busy etc and will get back to me soon. I have no reason now but to plaster where I can how disgusting their service is!!! Quick enough to take my money but not to put things right! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO ELSEWHERE
