It’s been a month and I still have not received my package. Tracking shows it’s been in Atlanta for over a week.

great product, I love it, just what I needed during this time

The was great communication I got two tracking numbers so could follow it all the way was with me in 14 days . I did give it a go but I did only get the budget one . I found the thrust on it was not the best . It is good fun but think I would go for the metal one next time as it will probably have a better thrust but was on a budget . Great company and highly recommended company so helpful . Thanks again .

I have received neither my product nor a response from my email. If their were Covid issues with delivery, etc, the website should’ve been updated so I didn’t waste over $100. I sent an email to reach out. No one has responded.

Edit: I contacted the Hismith amazon vendor and then someone from the website contacted me. My order says it is in transit. I’ll update my review to reflect how I feel about the product as I understand there is a pandemic and distribution might be difficult. Still irritated it’s taken almost a month to get into contact though.

Incredible product and outstanding customer service. Had an issue with speed controller cord and brought this to Hismith’s attention and their immediate response was to send out an upgraded replacement. First class service and the machine itself seems very well engineered. Impressive quality and service for such a reasonable price. Highly recommend both the product and the suppliers.

Awful. Messaged several times on email and facebook, after nearly a week and several emails asking for a refund on my missing item I got one word replys. Extremely rude. Then today I get a email asking to change my review because I eventually got my refund. AFTER a week and nearly 10 messages and 1 word replies to my emails.
So yes sophia I got a refund. This better?

Honestly, I would suggest taking some of the recent negative comments with a pinch of salt. Covid has delayed delivery however, I contacted hiSmith 3 times and on each occasion they kept me informed. They never ignored me and, when chat advisors weren't available I got a response within 24 hours.

The item was received 17 days after shipping (to the UK) I did not pay for any quick or speedy delivery so this was fine.

The item itself is as described. Used 3 times already and amazing for its price.

So, I will happily recommend and use HiSmith again. Thank you :)

We ordered just as the s**t hit the fan with the virus but hismith still shipped and replayed quickly to my questions. We ordered the budget machine with a few attachments. My partner is a adult content creator (newbie). She wanted this as she was getting tired quickly doing it manually every time.

The budget machine is basic but for the price we didn't expect a high tech piece of equipment. It dose what it says on the tin.

Hismith customer service are brilliant. (Sophia) she recommend the more advanced machine because it has a wireless remote making easier for "adult content creators". As we are new to it we just wanted to dip our toe in to see what the water is like. (will be buying the more advanced machine soon) Sophia have us updates on our item and even sent out a replacement vac u lock attachment after the royal mail lost the 1st one.

The attachments that came with the machine are OK. They are light to help the machine reach max rpm speed. When you use heavy attachments the machines rpm will be slower. It has a built in safety mechanism that stops if it has too much resistance.

The vac u lock attachment is a must have if you want to use your own toys from doc Johnson. It's made from solid metal with a black matte coating and branded with Hismith log. Very well made

I would highly recommend Hismith and will be using them again after all this blows over.

After a few modifications (being an engineer I love building things) I made an heavyweight base board so it doesn't move back, covered the board in faux leather with bondage rings in each corner. Re applyed the suction cups, added non slip rubber on the bottom of the board and added sound proofing on the inside of the plastic covers as it's a little loud and we have thin walls where we live.
I'm looking at adding a Wireless speed controller but can't source the parts right now.

Bought a toy for me and the misses. Came with several attachments but was worried when it only came with one attachment. Emailed the company and they were quick to reply and tell me it would arrive in two parcels. Was happy when they finally arrived. Good bit of kit for the price.

Its now 21 days later and still no delivery. I paid extra for the Expedited shipping.

Couldnt find any indication that the machine was comming from China! The website is set up to look like a Uk based website but appears that this is not the case.

May change review stars if delivery actually arrives.
Delivery arrived was promised a refund for tye expensive delivery..... never happend...

it was easy to select the machine and attachments required and the ordering process was simple. My order was delivered in two separate parcels on different days but I kept in touch with Sophia and she updated me at all times so that was excellent service. The machine is very well built and performs really well. My wife and I enjoy it and will have lots more fun together.. All in all a great purchase..thank you Hismith and Sophia.

I have no one information about the products and shipping. I was pay for 7 days shipment and we are in the 5th day and no information about the shipping status.

Even with the virus lockdown in place, still arrived within the five to eight days promised, yet to test as everything that is arriving by post has to go through a 48 hour quarantine in our house, looking forward to testing though.

Hismith website is simple and well-organized. When you order from them, they will process it right away, but it takes between 3 and 5 business days for them to receive an order. I’ve bought lots from them now and they really are up there with the very best. The product was quite good in good condition.

It was meant to be 5 day delivery but still aint here after 8 days. Even though paid express delivery

I had bought a wrong adapter since I couldn't find the correct one for my machine. They contacted me about it since they knew from my previous purchases that the adapter wouldn't work with my machine. I explained the situation and they found the correct adapter from storage. I paid the extra expenses since it was a bit more expensive but I was more than happy to do it. As long as the adapter comes to my place in one piece I have nothing to complain about my purchase experience.

A fantastic company. Their replies are super quick if you have a simple question to ask or if a device has stopped working. Recently my machine stopped working and they sent out a free wire and a remote for the sex machine completely free of charge! Their products are amazingly well built and reliable! Couldn't recommend this trusty company enough.
