I have been using HiStrips recently and it has been amazing! From breathing better to getting a good nights sleep. I feel like I have more energy throughout the day and when I am working out I notice my recovery is better in between sets.
Application is easy and it doesn’t fall off my nose like other nasal strip brands I had tried

90+ sleep and recovery score every night with these
The nasal strips are the most comfortable and best fitting I’ve ever worn! They stay on through exercise and I feel an immediate difference.
The mouth tape is the first mouth tape I’ve ever worn that has stayed on though the night! Having a beard make mouth tape a challenge but this stuff works.
The combo of these has given me my best nights of sleep I’ve had in years and my Oura ring scores are off the chart. I was stuck in the 70s and hit 90+ consistently no matter the situation.

Tried out the histrips nasal tape and mouth tape. They immediately fixed my sleep. They actually stayed on and didn’t irritate my skin. Definitely getting more!

Just a word of positive feedback. I have the nasal strips and magnetic nasal strips. Needed to get used to apply the magnets in the right place and use the right size on the magnetic strips but now find both to be exceptional. The adhesive quality of the magnetic strips is super good and once I found the right size it really opened up my breathing. The nasal strips also excellent with strong adhesion even with heavy sweat. Trick on the nasal strips I have found is to hold for 30 seconds when first apply to let the pressure sensitive adhesive do its job. I gave a pack to my personal trainer yesterday for him to try.

Harsh experience.
My first experience using Histrips mouth tape was disappointing and I shall not risk using the product again. It is completely unsuitable for my lips and skin, which I don’t consider to be exceptionally sensitive. I followed the guidelines for application and removal. In rolling the tape off, the process was most uncomfortable and my lips and skin were left inflamed. I note there are recommendations elsewhere for prepping lips and skin, but that’s rather a palaver for a simple procedure. I shall try other brands and hope to find one suitable.
This review makes no comment on the effectiveness or otherwise of Histrips mouth tape in meeting its advertised objectives.

Avoid this website and product
The product was bad quality. I had itches on my nose and it was smelling of plastic and they were unsticking after few minutes .
Is not enough the above after your buy a product they consider it as subscription and they are charging you again after one month .
I guess they are fooling people through the terms and conditions and they don’t make it clear that you opt in to pay them every month .
Avoid this website and product
They are selling more quality products and cheaper jn the pharmacies

These nose strips actually work! Not only do you feel the immediate difference in your nasal breathing once applied, they are incredibly sticky and last through any sweaty workout you do.
