GAME CHANGER FOR BREATHING
I started using HiStrips mainly to improve my breathing at night, but they’ve actually become part of my routine beyond sleep. The hold is seriously impressive, they stay in place all night and even through some training sessions.
The difference in airflow is noticeable right away. Breathing feels easier, deeper, and more natural, especially when my nose tends to get blocked. As someone who trains regularly, better breathing and recovery during sleep makes a real difference.
Simple product, but it genuinely works. Definitely something I’ll keep using.

I have such a hard time breathing through my nose during any sort of endurance activity, and HiStrips completely solve my problem! Nothings better than actually being able to get a deep breath through your nose!

This is actually a really good product
This is actually a really good product. I really enjoy it because of the magnetic pool it has on your nose so instead of just a regular silicone band or plastic band that some of the other brands have this one allows you to adjust how much you want it to open your nose up the whole night and it felt really good. I didn’t even notice.

I read some feedbacks about them not sticking good but I assure that with a good cleaning and pressing they hold for 4h bike ride + shower.
Cant't wait to let my boyfriend try them too to stop snoring during the night!

Very good product…except for me?
I would have loved this product. However, despite several attempts, I can't get it to stay on for more than 15 minutes. I follow the instructions carefully: wash and dry the skin thoroughly, press for 20-30 seconds to make it stick. But they come off very quickly. Few people seem to have this problem, so maybe my skin isn't suitable?
It's a real shame, because in the short time that they do stay on, I admit that they are really very pleasant and effective. They make you feel like you can breathe more easily.
It's a good product, I have no doubt about that, and I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I would be happy to hear back from the team about this!

We’re really sorry they’re not holding properly for you, especially since you can feel how effective they are in those first minutes. That tells us the fit and positioning are likely right... it’s just the adhesion that’s not cooperating.
A few things that can sometimes make a difference (even when following instructions carefully):
Make sure there’s zero residual skincare (moisturizer, SPF, cleanser film, etc.)
Avoid applying right after a hot shower (skin can still release moisture)
Try pressing from the center outward, really locking down the edges
If you have very oily or very dry skin, a quick wipe with alcohol (and fully drying after) can sometimes improve hold
That said, you shouldn’t have to fight with them. So, we’d genuinely like to help. Please reach out to us at contact@histrips.com with your order details, and we’ll look into this properly with you.

I came upon Histrips by accident…
I came upon Histrips by accident when helping my son move and he had a pack of mouth tape. He was traveling so I decided to use them - and what a game changer! I sleep so soundly when I have them on, and to test them I try to go without and I never sleep as soundly. When I finished what was remaining in the pack, I went online and ordered the mouth tape and nasal spray - WOW! What a difference! Now am addicted and will try the nose strips….
