My second purchase from Hit and yet again a fantastic experience. Kevin goes above and beyond with his customer service and in this day and age that’s really appreciated. Buy with confidence.
Great service received Kevin was very helpful in sorting a damaged item that was sent as happened in transit. Sorted a replacement game to be sent to me straight away would definitely recommend and tb... See more

Order cancelled
Order cancelled. They rebranded but it's business as usual.
Quick & swift postage
Quick & swift postage, great company & great value for money
Day before release sometimes delivered
Great, made multiple purchase and some have even come before the release day. 100% trusthworthy have had no problems yet.
Great Pricing and Great Delivery
Easily placed an order at a relatively lower price than many other retailers. That too for the premium version of the game. Will definitely be using this online retailer for my future purchases on games and possibly other acquisitions.
Excellent service
Excellent service, great communication and excellent price! Very happy with my order.
Always customer focus
Amazing service. The best prices for new release, a lot of discounts for existing games and a lot of games where you can not find on other resources. Always very well packing. Thank you very much for you customer focus.
Didn't honour promotional deal
Jedi survivor ps5 went for a short time promotional deal which I caught. However after taking my details the company cancelled my order citing a system error and did not honour the promotion. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and feel my rights were not respected as a consumer. Apparently this has happened several times before with other deals
Don't waste your time or money
Took my order and money only then to cancel it 2 days later. Not good enough, very disappointed customer here.
Expect your order to be cancelled, they just want more people to sign up.
Fourth time this year alone they’ve put an item on sale, I’ve ordered it and then they’ve cancelled it after the weekend saying it was a mistake or they ran out of stock. Funny it’s always weekend when theirs nobody at work to contact.
Funnily nobody I know who orders these items on sale price actually end up getting their order, so I’m assuming it’s purposely done to get people to sign up for their website before cancelling all the orders. It’s just a deceitful trick. They’ll use the excuse their ‘a small family business’… don’t fall for it.
Stay clear to be honest, especially sale items.
Will it b hit or miss
Must b honest hit is cheap 4 new games or pre orders there is only a few problems at this point ive just pre ordered assassin's creed there is no next day delivery option which means I dont no if they will dispatch my order b4 October the 5th or will dispatch it on the 5th if they had the option 4 next day with an extra charge id of payed the extra charge no problem now I'm sat here wondering if I'll get my order on the day of it out ive all ready made my mind up that if I don't get it on the day then I'll just order from game again
Ordered Jedi survivor PS5 and 2 days…
Ordered Jedi survivor PS5 and 2 days later they claimed they had no stock? This is not the base.com i have used for many years. Disappointing and highly frustrating. Most likely a deliberate action to gain high traffic stats to their "new" website. The game has now been relisted at almost 3 times the original price i paid..Strange that.
Cancelled orders galore
Company has a horrible habit of accepting loads of orders on sale or promotional items then cancelling the orders after stating stock issues, it's a joke how often this happens and they do nothing to rectify or resolve the situation.
Customer service is awful too, copy and paste replies.
Ordered a game first thing in the…
Ordered a game first thing in the morning, cancelled 2 days later. Claims to have ran out of stock, but in reality they had no intention of honouring this deal. Account deleted.
Deliberate use of a “promotional” price…
Deliberate use of a “promotional” price they said only had limited stock for (ongoing supply at full price) in order to create signups. Joke of a company.
Unreliable
Unreliable, getting confirmation email then 2 days latter cancellation one. Will not buy games from s(hit) anymore.
Avoid this company, not worth the hassle of cancelled orders!
Absolute joke of a company ever since the rebrand. They will constantly list items at great prices only to then cancel everyone's order. They use the excuse that they have ran out of stock, however they let many people order before 'realising' they have ran out. Many of these items then coincidentally reappear in stock at a higher price. Shameful practice
Another Cancelled Order
Another instance of a cancelled order, it's clearly a tactic to drive traffic to the website with little to no intention of fulfilling the orders that come in. Base.com used to be great but it's not the same anynore
False Advertisement
They do not honour advertised prices.
Purposefully add listings with low prices that they do not intend to honour in order to get the website free traffic and advertisement.
They will then cancel your order and lie about the reasoning.
Be careful, will cancel orders and not secure items.
Made an order which was shown in stock and later cancelled. Given some poor excuse.
Item (game) is recent and will be in stock again within the week. Yet will not honour price which I have accepted and paid (provided details). Poor tactics, poor excuses. Will not use again. Cannot be trusted.
No intention of fulfilling my order
Hit reduced the price of Star Wars: Jedi Survivor on PS5 with an incredibly good discount on Saturday morning.
After receiving a cancellation email this morning (along with almost everyone else who ordered at this price), it’s clear that they had no intention of fulfilling the orders.
I will not be using this company again in the future.
