I asked for a refund. They refused. Here is their EXACT message to me:

We apologize for the trouble and inconvenience.
The product is consistent with the picture on our website, and the shape and material are the best result of our repeated selection and change.
But everyone's body proportions and weight are different,
It is difficult for the product to 100% meet the different fit requirements of people of different body shapes.
This is also the best quality we can provide at this price.
We support returns, but we do not bear the return shipping costs of customers.
The return shipping costs may exceed 45USD.
The address on the package is not our delivery address, but the transit center of the logistics supplier.
The return shipping costs are collected by the post office or express logistics provider you choose, not by us.
How about we provide a 15% refund for this order on the premise that you keep the product to satisfy you?
You can save the return shipping costs. Give it to your family and friends who are suitable, or sell it again.

Shipping leaves something to be weary on. Not sure if my order got lost in system some how but had to contact customer service after 2 weeks to even get tracking. But once item got shipped all was good.

Never buy from this site again. Placed 2 orders within days of each other. I received the 2nd order first, and it did not have what I ordered. The first order was never received. I canceled it and was told it had shipped and they would try to intercept it. Too many emails regarding these purchases with phony tracking numbers.
