I just did a TV Marketing project for 10Kvoices.com. Now I understand they used to be HIVEMIND and I see by the many reviews that they don't pay the people that do their projects. 10K is now telling me that I didn't send in all the submissions, which previously they told me I did. I was in communication with them through the whole time period. I was so impressed with the way they were making sure that I was getting everything in the right way and that they wanted to make sure everything was good on my end.
I am reading different views on the website and now I have suspicions. I am thankful for Trustpilot and that I can get reviews from others. It just occurred to me that before I get involved with any company to do work for or buy from, I need to check Trustpilot for reviews from others. It's good to know of the experience others have had.

COMPLETE SCAM! They also use the business name 10K Voices And they just recently got me for $200. I did a 4 hour focus group with them and they told me I'd be paid within 14 days and here It is a month later, and they still have excuses every week. Upon going to their websites, they don't have any contact information.No phone numbers you can't call them like an only email them which they don't respond to.

I was contacted by Hivemind. They are also known as 10K Voices to participate in an OTC Med Study Shopping assignment where I was responsible for visiting a Walmart Store once in May and once in June to browse the store aisle for the set up display of the pain medication at a Walmart and then participate in a 90 minute video conference. The project coordinator reached out to me by the name of Yessi. He contacted me several times by text (512) 384-1018 and , with status requirements and updates through the survey timeline. I was told on July 10th, that they confirmed completion and I would receive payment on July 16th. However, I was never provided payment on July 16th and I have tried to email and contract the project director by phone with no response. I went on the website and have left several messages for them and no one has responded to any of these messages.

I completed a month long, time intensive study for this company. The time frame in which they were to provide incentive payment to me was clear and provided by them to me on multiple occasions. That date came and went with no payment or communication from them. I'm now in a position of having to expend more of my time chasing after a payment from them. Save yourself the headache and skip the opportunity to work for 10k Voices/Hivemind for free.

Completed marketing work for this company and they are refusing to pay me. I spent a lot of time, money and gas mileage and did not receive any reimbursement as promised. Very disappointing. I’ve asked the project manager to escalate the issue so if I ever get paid I’ll update the review.

Interesting surveys. Always get paid promptly. (I do not understand any negative reviews. I have participated for several years, and Hivemind is trustworthy.)

These people are rip off they make you do work for them and when you inquire about incentive they ignore your messages and not pay up on time they still owe me £36 for August work and they won't pay up stay well clear of this horrible company 😡😠😡
