PROMPT RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK
Although I paid for HIX CHAT UNLIMITED, my account was limited to 100,000 characters. The maximum file size for my account was advertised as 10MB. The file that I uploaded was 866.50 KB. DEEPSEEK-R1 rejected my file, advising that it exceeded the character limit of 100,000.
I complained to HIX.AI and they have now responded satisfactorily. I am, therefore, updating my review.

The worst website I’ve ever experienced. They charged me without my knowledge 2 months, I can’t contact with customer support, I can’t cancel my subscription, so I complained to my bank about them as a fraud, because without my permission they’ve been trying to charge me monthly. This platform is fantastic
This platform is fantastic, I had a problem when paying for their services and they solved the problem, which was a mistake on my part. They contacted me from support people and they very kindly corrected the error and gave me a refund of my money. And not only that, but the platform also corrected my work correctly, therefore I will continue paying the monthly payment to HIX.AI since they are very trustworthy people.

This is probably the worst AI I ever used. The output is completely random, false, and contains multiple lines of errors. You cannot use the output at all. Stay away from it! It is super expensive and the support doesn't reply.

Horrible experience. I paid for Hix, and the payment went through, but my account stayed as a free version. No upgrade, no support, and no refund. Feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs!

HIX Bypass not ready yet
I tested HIX Bypass extensively over two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were numerous errors that made sentences unreadable and completely out of context. The tool’s performance didn’t meet expectations at all. Until the issues are resolved, I can’t recommend it. I’ve even requested a refund due to the lack of reliability. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.

Terrible Service, Credit Card Theft - Stay Away from Hix.ai!
Review of Hix.ai
I regret to say that Hix.ai is one of the worst companies I have encountered. If there was an option to choose a rating below zero, I would do it without hesitation.
I signed up for their service and made a transaction based on the promises they made. After the initial charge, I found that the payment was unclear, and there were major issues with understanding what I was getting in return. But what really drove me crazy was the issue with my credit card information.
Not only was I dissatisfied with the service, but the theft of my credit card information and the commitment to services I wasn’t aware of is extremely concerning. Hix.ai has no clear or effective way to cancel the transaction or recover the money I spent with them. Every contact with customer service was unhelpful and made me feel more and more stuck.
I have a strong feeling that if my money is not refunded soon, I will have no choice but to pursue a class action lawsuit. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t tolerate being taken advantage of.
I would not recommend them at all. In fact, I feel that they are a company that exploits its customers, and there is no easy or convenient way to remove my credit card details from their system. It’s just outright theft.
Needless to say, not only will I never use their services again, but I will also share this review with everyone I know to ensure no one else goes through the horrible experience I did.
Stay away from them – it’s just not worth the headache.

They are scammers, they promise to refund half of my subscription after I cancel my complaint to my bank. But then they did not do it and took all my money. Don't ever subscribe with this application HIX AI😤. They are scamming people they are shit.

Not worth the money
I've tested this platform and I find it return detectable results. Of course credit still gets deducted when one tries to create another copy.
And when you get to not detectable version, the text many times doesn't make sense in some parts so has to be yet again rewritten.
In general, not a platform you can rely on and will help you much.

Worst product, and robs your money from the card without your knowledge. Scam
Worst product. Also, not trustworthy for using card. Even though I cancelled the plan, it charged me 70 dollar out of my knowledge and any account activity. Also tried to rob 527 dollar again but my card declined due to the limit.
I then tried to cancel the plan from the website (that Hix automatically activated without my knowledge or account activity), but every time i try to cancel it says ''plan is cancelled'' but actually plan remains active and no changes are there i.e plan does not get cancelled. I mailed them trice for now, no reply so far. Total scam. I have sreenrecorded the claims i made and i have all the necessary evidences.
