Poor quality. Not as advertised. Don’t buy this product.
Delivery time ok. Quality of product was far from expected and advertised. Used the product in clear sky and sunny weather, the glass is close to as bright as during night time. Will not recommend this product to anyone. Overall disappointing. Does definitely not meet the expectations.

Product description says metal, the product was pure plastic and 3D printed. I paid kr 250, and I can get the exact same product, identical from the same supplier for kr 35 on Temu. Why buy from Hjemsol. I thought they had a minimum of quality checks.

I only needed one item but Hjemsol was…
I only needed one item but Hjemsol was so eager to sell me one more piece and the page turned so confusing so lost control and even if I chose "no thank you" for another item I ended up with two items which I most likely will throw in the garbage bin. This is not very good for enviroment to be so eager to sell multiple items people doesn´t need.

I am writing because I am very concerned about privacy and security connected to my package and personal information.
What worries me most is that it seems possible for someone other than me to collect my package from Hjemesol.I was under the impression that proper identification and confirmation of the correct recipient would be required before á package could be handed out.
I do not feel comfortable with other People potentially having access to my phone number, tracking code, hentekode, or other shipment information connected to my order. This information should be treated as prívat and secure.
I would like clarification regarding:
● how may have access to my personal information,
● and how my data is stored and handled.
I am also uncomfortable with the possibility that my personal details may have been shared or exposed without my clear consent.
Because this concerns personal information package security,and privacy, I consider this an ímportant matter realated to personal data protection and privacy rights.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and response as soon as possible.
