Excellent service
Excellent service, good prices and lots of solid advice. In particular, Tom has always taken the time to listen and then accommodate our changing needs which was useful when we needed to adjust our regular order to take account of dog health issues.

Sorry to see that your experience was not satisfactory.
You had ordered 10x100g packs of Lily's Kitchen Bedtime Biscuits however that size had been discontinued without us being aware and therefore we sent you 13x80g packs of the same product to make up for this.
This ensured that you received more of the ordered product than you had requested as a gesture of goodwill.
When you advised that us that you wanted a refund anyway, we did so immediately and paid for your return shipping of the goods.
Our apologies again that this was not to your satisfaction. We did endeavour to do our best.

Absolutely brilliant and first class service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my messages are always answered really quickly too which is super. Any questions or queries are answered in detail and thoroughly and I always value the advice I’m given. I received advice about different types of dog food for allergies and wow - it was extremely detailed and very clear - a lot of time and effort went in to the research on my behalf which was just brilliant and the advice was completely free. The delivery is perfect and always on time and prompt with messages along the way to keep me updated. I am absolutely delighted to have found HK pet supplies and will never use anyone else again. Do not hesitate to use them and you most definitely won’t be disappointed. They are also lovely and happy and genuinely nice, honest people who love animals! Thank you for looking after me and my pets!
