Excellent course, Dave the instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the 5 days interesting. Very much appreciated the time he took with each of us to make sure we had everything we needed on exam day/presentation day.

Dave was incredibly helpful and took time to go through things individually with me where he could see I was struggling.
The course flew by as his teaching style was relaxed with good humour and not just death by PowerPoint. I will be booking back here for my refresher course in 5 years.

Breaks are a very integral part of our training as they allow a decent leg stretch and change of scene. Its tough coming from an active site which can be so busy to sitting in a nice warm training room with brews on tap, we need to keep you moving and allowing the brain to cool down so you can assimilate the information being given.

SMSTS refresher course
Tutors knowledge and understanding of subject was on point. He had a great way of instilling information and guiding you through the various points . I didn't feel rushed and could ask Questions at any point. class room was warm well lit and comfortable coffee and tea facilities were clean and appreciated.

The instructor tim was very informative he had alot of knowledge to pass on which was very useful.
Tim made it fun but at the same time educational these courses can sometimes be mundane and very boring, but not in this case, very enjoyable, and educational, at the same time.
Not all aspects of the course where relevant to my particular field, however, gave a good insight, for future reference.

Really good instructive course
Really good instructive course, not the instructors fault the CITB questions were asked confusingly, he tried to put it in a constructive meaning. Venue wasn’t the best for access and facilities.
