Reliable service. I live in my own, am frightened of falling. It's good to know support is there should it be needed.

Easy to use. Not needed in emergency yet but works well during test calls. Staff polite and professional each time.

Only problem is that the chain broke too easily from the catch. I was able to connect it again with v strong thread. Otherwise satisfactory and thankfully have not needed to activate it.

Excellent product, good quality too. This service is great, I feel safer out and about as well as at home now. Thank you.

Nothing went wrong, but my husband died on 15 Feburary. I have retained the alarm in case I wanted to use it myself, but haven't used it and would like to return it.

The initial service was excellent. Since Feb., I have had no need for it. Thank you for checking in.

Since receiving the replacement due to digital change over I’ve not been totally happy with it!!!
Why Four screws on back was this a botched job? It sometimes goes off for No reason and other times doesn’t go off when expected too?
I never had an issue with the original one!
It’s also very expensive for a pensioner to maintain!

The initial set up and testing was very straightforward.
Since then my wife and I have had a couple of accidental triggers which were answered immediately. The communication was very reassuring and personal. It’s also reassuring to know that all your activities are constantly monitored.

Cannot fault device, fortunately I have not had to use it for an emergency---yet !
The chain provided is cheap and nasty, itchy. I got a rash in warm weather on my neck. I asked for a gold chain, they do not make and a normal gold chain will not go through the tiny slot.
I could have a silver chain, but everyone knows silver leaves a black mark. I was quickly given a cord, and that is ok.
They do a wrist alarm, the ugliest thing you can imagine.
Why do companies think older ladies do not want " nice" things ? We are still feminine creatures who want to look their best as well as feel secure .
The staff are helpful and polite and problems dealt with swiftly.

They respond in seconds if an ambulance is needed they deal with it immediately they contact relatives if I need them too and they keep me calm while someone comes in my opinion is worth every penny and my family know I’m being cared for

Excellent service. Really pleased that I can contact help if I need it both at home and when I am out and about. I don't know when my fob is fully charged. Is there a signal about this ?

Have only had contact when I have set the alarm off by mistake but they have always contacted me check all is ok very happy with the alarm and customer service

Excellent initial response when requesting urgent digital alarm setup following landline issues. Works extremely well and fast testing responses. Provides very welcome piece of mind.

Mum had a fall in the night and the alarm response spoke to her through the pendant. They called an ambulance and called us immediately after. We arrived just before the ambulance. The whole experience was well managed and staff enabled mum to keep calm while she was on the floor unable to move. Everything worked in a timely manner and as stress free as the situation allowed. Highly recommend this service.

I like the fact that I am covered in case I have an accident while walking the dogs in the woods on my own. Shame battery staring to need recharging by 5pm as the repeated tracking uses a lot of power. My sone like it as they can also check where I am
