Completely fake

Completely fake. Was shown my medication would be 50 dollars and Called into the pharmacy. 600 dollars later I realized I was lied too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi Christopher,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The $49 you saw on our site covers your virtual visit with a licensed provider, including the evaluation and prescription (if medically appropriate).

Medication prices, however, are determined by the pharmacy, not HLTHi — and can vary based on brand vs. generic, dosage, and insurance or discount card use. There’s nothing fake about your visit; you spoke with a real, licensed doctor who issued a valid prescription.

If you’d like, our support team can help you find a more affordable pharmacy option for your prescription — please reach out at support@hlthi.life

Everything went well

Everything was great. Just need improvement on decreasing wait time and there is a need for an active customer service line with live agents you can talk to or so that you can call back if there is any concerns instead of emails. I didn’t receive my doctors note which was put in the information I put in and couldn’t talk to the doctor about it.

The prescriber did not write that it…

The prescriber did not write that it was a controlled substance. And now the Pharmacist can only dispense a partial fill

Hi Emma,
Thanks for sharing this, and we’re sorry for the frustration. To clarify: whether a medication is a controlled substance is determined by the medication/DEA classification—not by what the provider “writes” on the script. Our licensed provider evaluated your case and, when medically necessary, issued a valid prescription.

Once the prescription is sent, the pharmacy decides how it’s dispensed (including any partial fills) and may require extra verification. From what you’ve described, it sounds like a Prior Authorization (PA) may be required by your insurance or the pharmacy. They typically provide a PA form or instructions for the prescriber.

Please email any PA forms or instructions (photos/screenshots are fine) to support@hlthi.life
so we can help your provider complete it and assist you with pharmacy options.

Fabulous service

Every year my employee insurance premiums go up and the amount of services goes down. Doctors leave the network and you have to go hunting for a new doctor. Then you have to get an appointment which could be months out. It's discouraging and there is no continuum of care. You go without your meds and your health declines and your stressed out.

Well not anymore with this service! I am so happy to have found them! I was able to meet with a doctor in no time and my meds were sent to my local pharmacy.

Seriously, this service is great.
