Basically the warehouse accused me of wearing the item. But the itemsize was too big and sire that the item was not worn, i packed it woth the original packaging and parcel. I had to drive for 2 hours to H&M in westfield south center in Seattle- tacoma area to pick up a bikini that was only available at that store. I had previously called and they confirmed it was available in that store. When I got there at 7 pm the manager ( Danica ) told me they did have it but she didn’t have time to look for it because it was in the back store, I asked her to please look for it as it was out of stock online and they had told me it was available only in this store. She admitted that they had it but she just didn’t want to go look for it. I told her if I could come later so she had Time and she told me she couldn’t guarantee anything. I’m very disappointed because I drives two hours just to buy this and couldn’t do it because of the managers negligence.

Sort out your online delivery or your business will hemorrhage customers. Most retailers e.g. John Lewis, Next, have your item ready to collect within 24 hours and have excellent home delivery too. My H&M order was placed on the 17th May, and I still have not received it. Why is a big retailer like H&M using Evri who are totally unreliable? Managed to find the H&M customer service number, and to be frank, wish I hadn’t bothered. The ‘agent’ was apathetic, and came across like they didn’t care one bit. Offered feedback but just didn’t seem interested. Outcome? More waiting and I have to call H&M back if I don’t receive my parcel to request a refund. Really poor H&M. This experience has 100% put me off your business!!

Purchased an H&M gift card
Purchased an H&M gift card as a birthday present, and when scratching the panel to reveal the PIN, the numbers underneath were scratched off with it during normal use. I still had the physical card, receipt, barcode and serial number, yet customer service immediately classed it as “damaged” and refused to help or replace it.
Really disappointing experience, especially as the card was clearly faulty rather than intentionally damaged. It feels unfair that customers are left out of pocket because of what appears to be a printing/manufacturing issue.
Customer service responses were polite, but completely copy-and-paste with no real attempt to investigate or manually verify the card balance, despite having proof of purchase and the original card.
Would be very cautious buying H&M gift cards in future.

What to even say about how much this company has fell off. I placed an order on the app, there was free next day delivery so that made me order… it delivered to store for some reason for click and collect. Then I contacted the live chat who said they’ve cancelled it and I’d get a refund… nope, it was delivered to store, I then contacted someone again and they said they’ve not cancelled it as it can’t be done once placed. I then placed the order again to be delivered to my home. Which it was. The click and collect was due to be collected by Monday, once I don’t collect it is then being returned to warehouse. 4 days and no refund so I tried contacting the chat bot who point blank refused to let me speak to an agent no matter how much dissatisfaction I expressed. I thought I’d test it 🤣 as it would only give me the customer service number, once I said I was non-verbal, the chat bot ai then said he can’t pass me through to an agent even when I said I would complain/never use H&M again. It’s Absolutley crazy that they’ve programmed this thing with a persona that doesn’t care about retention of customers or any treating customers fairly prompts.
I also made a complaint after telling a staff member about it 12 times to do so, and then ‘complaint team’ basically said they only take feedback not complaints.
Once I get the refund I’ll never use them again, the way they’re dealing with customers they’ll be defunct in a few years. It’s actually laughable

Limited number of clothing with XS sizing, which limits customer options to bare minimum. Impossible to find any sizes that suit you other than T-shirts, which you can buy in other stores and boost your competitors!
Wrong Address Becomes My Problem
Ordered three items. Delivered through Door Dash. Why? I have no idea. Was delivered to my town, but a completely different address. Door Dash told me to call H&M. H&M said I had to wait up to 8 hours before they would investigate and to call back the next day even though it's very clear the driver delivered it somewhere else. So I've AI'd with Door Dash and called H&M and I have to call again tomorrow? Why are the customers expected to do the work for a wrong delivery. Stopped payment on the order.
Slow to dispatch and no customer service
Now I remember why I stopped ordering with H&M years ago! Order placed 10 days ago still not dispatched and no way of contacting customer services. Learnt my lesson there, will be the last order I place. Don't understand why they can't operate like other online clothing companies. Most now know to stay away Evri!

I placed an order with H&M I have returned the & Other Stories item using the return label provided in the box. I have not receive my refund Now, H&M is claiming they will not investigate the matter and that I will not receive my refund because I lost the proof of postage. This is incredibly poor customer service; it is unacceptable that no one will take the time to investigate this issue. I gave a star because it was the only way i could write a review. I recently ordered from the Stella McCartney collection, I made 5 different orders, and recently tried to return some of my Items.
First I tried to return to store and was informed that I could not, then I found the nearest Purolator and dropped them of he scanned them and I thought it was over. Three days later they were returned to me.
I called customer service to sort it out and was informed that I've missed some return dates but not all. With this collection return is 7 days all of my recites say 30 days as well as all email exchange.
I was directed to an area on the website that says this, this is an area you would not see unless this was a situation you were in. H&M is to big a company to be what appears to intentionally mislead customers. Shame on you H&M willfully misrepresentation is just wrong.

To be truthfully honest I would not even give a one star. What a sham of a company. I never thought to check out their track record! OH LORD I WISH I HAD. Took ages to receive goods........four items ordered, one OK the others sizing issues. But the return of monies is absolutely horrendous. Goods ordered 26 April returned the day after for pickup, had to chase customer service as trying to find information from the AI Bot is just a waste of time......spoke with Customer Service who manually did my refund 🙁 I am now waiting for refund which I have been informed is another three to five days. Suffice to say I will not be using H&M anytime in the future.
