I ordered a beautiful oak dog bed from Humphrey Munson recently. The service from HM was brilliant from the start to finish, with timely updates on when the product would be available and delivery service. The bed is excellent quality and we are delighted.

We recently purchased the Wilton natural effect porcelain tiles from HM Flooring Library and had an excellent experience. The tiles matched perfectly, displaying exceptional quality and arriving intact with no breakages. The neutral finish, natural markings, and soft edges give them a convincing stone look.

Chloe and George from the HM office were fantastic—efficient, friendly, making the process seamless. The value for money, given the high quality, is remarkable. Additionally, the delivery driver was lovely and incredibly helpful, making the overall experience even more positive. I've already recommended HM Flooring Library to friends who are renovating. We purchased the Fairford limestone for our kitchen/ living area. HM were fabulous from start to finish. Communication was great and we are throughly pleased with our flooring.

My wife and I placed an order for the Padstow natural limestone in our kitchen, the Fairford natural limestone in our porch, the Verbier herringbone wooden flooring in our living room and Aspen plank in the rest of our house. We have been very happy with all four products. We were warned there could be differences in colour with the limestone products, and there is a slight difference. But we personally loved that about a natural material. The herringbone wooden flooring is my personal favourite. It makes our living room look very cosy.
HM have been the easiest company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. All the staff are lovely, and can't do enough to help you. All four of the products turned up exactly when was intended and HM kept us well informed of delivery times. Overall I would not hesitate to place another order with HM in the future.

We chose the HM Cheyne porcelain tiles for our kitchen and couldn’t be more delighted with them. We had originally selected a different range, and were disappointed when there was a long delay on those, but HM went above and beyond to help rectify the situation, sending multiple samples and taking us through all the options. In the end once we talked through the look we were trying to achieve, it was clear the original choice wouldn’t have worked so well - Louisa and the team really know their products

We used HM flooring to supply limestone tiles for our kitchen. Our journey with them was seamless. Emails and calls were answered immediately, delivery too. The product is fab and they had a great selection to choose from. We were pleased with the aftercare we received and even was sent a booklet on what cleaning products to use on the floor. We are very pleased with our floor and would recommend HM flooring to anyone.

Having dealt with many companies during our recent new build, I have found Humphrey Munson to be exceptional in their care and customer service. The Earl Grey limestone we purchased looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From initial query through to delivery of our floor tiles HM have been fantastic. Always very timely, efficient, polite and courteous whether over the phone or email. Everything happened as planned. When one box of tiles arrived broken, HM were quick to replace and sort out at no extra charge. Would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We are delighted with our Wilton porcelain ordered from the HM Flooring Library. We saw it in the HM Seer Green project and hoped it would look as good in our new kitchen (not by HM but still nice) and are thrilled to bits with the end result. Brilliant customer service by Chloe who even helped us choose the grout colour to make sure it was perfect for our design. It has completely transformed the kitchen and dining space and we could not be happier with it, very happy to reccommend.

Absolutely outstanding service from HM with an easy delivery. We hadn’t used limestone before and didn’t know about ordering extra to cover wastage and this was a blessing as we miscalculated what we would need. We got great advice from Chloe on the grout to use and also the sealer. The Babington tiles are so beautiful now they are installed, they are exactly what we wanted with lots of character and quirky markings but a good natural base. Even our tiler commented on how special they are and everyone who has seen the flooring loves it and asks where we got it. Thanks HM for brilliant service and the best product quality.

I ordered the Manoir limestone for a new kitchen, boot room, pantry, hallway and utility room - quite a big area over 160 SQM. HM were really transparent about the quantity based discounts and how these work so we got 15% off the order and the quality is phenomenal. My wife and I visited quite a few flooring showrooms but the experience of visiting HM in their Felsted location was second to none, friendly staff who were welcoming, knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about the quality of their projects. They thought of all the little details we hadn't considered and made sure we thought about things like how to install the flooring, how to seal it and how to maintain limestone which was our biggest worry. They don't sell any of the products so it didn't feel like a hard sell but it's what they use in their showroom areas which are the ultimate dream home set ups. The Manoir limestone itself is perfect, it was great to see it installed in the showroom pantry and made the decision easy for us. We didn't have a kitchen from Humphrey Munson, but the lady we met with advised us to bring the kitchen colours and worktops samples with us so we could look at them in the room. It was a great help and really reassured us that we had made the right decision. Thank you HM Flooring Library we 100% recommend you.

Recently purchased 900x600 HM Wilton Porcelain tiles for our kitchen.
The tiles are exactly what we wanted and look great coupled with the Ardex FS grout in Natural Almond as recommended by HM.
Helpful advice given by staff prior to purchase.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the fact that several tiles were broken upon opening the packaging.

I ordered the Padstow limestone flooring after choosing between samples of that, Fairford and Manoir. It’s very textured in the raw, but once installed and all sealed it feels much smoother. Really impressed with the service I got and appreciated all the advice about what products to use to seal, grout colour help and how to clean it afterwards. Chloe was lovely to deal with and everything was really easy and seamless. Delivery was also good, all tiles arrived in good condition. Have now ordered additional tiles but this time Sloane porcelain tiles for the WC and got delivered really quickly as needed then on site. Would not hesitate to recommend HM flooring library.
