HMHW is the real deal. Not fake 100% REAL. I was given a lifetime pass to HMHW due to my mom having cancer about a year ago. Which she is still battling. Richard’s Livestreams are the best step by step process to learn Wholesaling. Gr8 team leaders as well. Chris does a fantastic job on the tech side website & IT. Best wholesaling group off all out there.

For $20/month, it's honestly the most affordable way to get into wholesaling — incredible value for the level of training and support you get.

I've tried a handful of other courses and "hustles" before finding Hold My Hand Wholesale, and honestly most of them were overpriced, moved way too slow, or just felt like nobody put real effort into actually teaching you anything. This community is different. Everyone — from Richard and Chris to the other group leaders — has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and you can tell they actually care about you succeeding, not just collecting a subscription fee.
If you're on the fence about joining, there's really no reason not to give it a few months and see for yourself.
The one thing I'd love to see added is some intro scripts for calls. Richard is clearly someone who's well versed and knows the space inside and out, so he can speak with a lot of authority on calls. As someone newer, I don't always feel as confident establishing that same credibility right off the bat, so a simple script or framework to help "back up" your position when talking to sellers would be a great addition.
Overall, glad I found this group — it's been worth it.

After joining recently, I can honestly say that the bang for the buck is astonishing. As somebody that has very little experience with real estate, I came into this a bit skeptical. I honestly expected it to be way more difficult for me to make progress in this field, and I wasn't sure I would get the support that I needed here, especially at that price. I was expecting to get sold something else immediately after.

However, after seeing Richard Taylor's content online for so many months, and procrastinating it for so long, I finally decided I couldn't wait around anymore. Even though I am on a very tight budget, even if this turned out to be a waste, I've spent $20 on many worse things in life!

And after making the commitment, just... Wow.

I absolutely love all of the resources that are available. It honestly blows my mind that they've built so much, in such a short period of time.

I'm the type of person that I try to question everything and break everything down into the smallest parts, I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

But for everything that I've struggled with or had a question about, there is an answer or a tool to assist me.

And not only are there all of these resources which have been so thoughtfully brought together, but there's an amazing community that is willing to help you anytime you need it.

I can only imagine the tens of thousands of hours that have gone into building all of this.

And there are some experts who have spent their own and tens of thousands of hours in this field, developing their skill sets, which you can hire one-on-one for additional assistance within the community. Although many of them donate their time for free, so you don't even have to do that unless you really want to. So for someone like me that feels they can only budget for the bare minimum, it's perfect that I can get everything that I need while having the comfort to know that if I would like to spend a little bit more, get some major support, the option is there. Or if you're the type of person that is extremely busy and your time is very valuable and you would rather learn things much faster because your time is very valuable, rather than having to spend the time to do it yourself, then that maybe a good option for you to save you a bit of time.

Thankfully though, Richard and Chris have truly built something truly wonderful here. Their commitment to stay on top of things and give back to the community is just plain impressive.

Richard works so hard, on the front end, to make time and be available to the community almost every day. Working directly with the community, giving away gold tier knowledge and motivating us, it is a true treat to experience first hand. As somebody that has had amazing mentorship and leadership in the past from some of the best coaches on the planet, I can tell that I'm in the presence of a powerful leader. He leads the charge from the front, and does the work right in front of us as a shining example of success. Not to mention his generosity and ethics to do the right thing and also give back in ways that most others wouldn't.

And then also seeing Chris work so hard in the background, diligently staying on top of things. Even once when there was a major issue with the site, he busted his butt to fix it and kept everyone updated along the way. There are constant improvements that increase the value even more, it's almost unbelievable.

And all the other fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and hard-working leadership in the community along with the huge Network they have built, are things to marvel at. I'm greatly appreciative every day that I get to be a part of this.

I've been able to learn everything that I've needed to, without having to pay any additional money aside from the extremely small monthly fee.

I feel like I finally have a true opportunity to earn my way out of mediocrity and actually help my family get away from drowning in debt and despair. And I'm so thankful for that, truly.

(I should also mention that I won a giveaway after only being in the community for a couple weeks, worth about $250! Live on stream 6-01-26, I won a one-on-one half hour session with Richard Taylor himself, which I'm saving for when I really need it. The value of that alone essentially offsets the cost of my membership for many more months to come! And knowing I have that in my back pocket, is fantastic. I don't know who you are reading this or if you are familiar with the value of the time, of somebody that makes so much money, and has so much experience being successful at what you're trying to do, but it is honestly invaluable to someone in a position like myself. Especially considering he can afford to go live on a private island in seclusion & decide to not spend any of his time doing this if he didn't want to.)

For around $20 a month, there is a large amount of information, training, community support, and resources available to someone who is serious about learning wholesaling. You still have to study, ask questions, make calls, take action, and actually apply what is being taught. In my opinion, you will get out of it what you put into it. I am still early in my journey, based on the information, structure, and support I have seen so far, I do believe this can help someone make money in wholesaling if they treat it like a real business and put in the work. Overall, I think Hold My Hand Wholesale offers a lot of value for beginners who want direction, community, and practical guidance instead of trying to figure everything out alone.

I joined HMHW with essentially zero knowledge of real estate. As soon as I got in I was able to see the extraordinary depth of information available. I learned so much in just the first week alone and have continued to learn more every day. There is so much information available across all the different aspects of real estate acquisitions, scaling, business development, long term wealth creation and more. The amount of live trainings and knowledgeable people providing help is very valuable. I don’t think you can get more out of your investment than in this group. It has been a blessing to be a part of this group and I fully recommend it.

Great price for what it offers. Has teachers who has a set schedule every day to teach us and takes the time to answer questions as well. They are constantly improving it while keeping it cheap. Everyone there, Staff member or not they are willing to help others. Has a bunch of very useful tools to help guild us, with pre-made videos to help explain how to use them. They also now have a teaching guide on the website to work at your pace to have a even better understanding on how to do wholesale.

Genuinely learned so much just from the courses alone. The community is also very helpful and responsive if you privately reach out to them. If you actually put in the work, you'll do well in this community.

This is the best value for what is only $20 per month. They have live classes every single day for what seems like 10-12 hours. Richard is a wealth of knowledge but he’s also built a team of group leaders who are also experts in different facets of real estate investing and wholesaling.

You are given all the Information and with most of the other things needed like zillow, which is free, you can’t beat this and could possibly be the best course on the internet for wholesaling real estate.

I’ve connected with a few group leaders for one on ones (also insanely cheap with how much info they give) and lead me to my first wholesale deal that I didn’t have to pay crazy high marketing fees or try and figure it out on my own.

There is still work involved. No one is going to just hand you a deal but If you do a little bit of homework, attend the lives, ask questions and apply what you learn, it’s impossible to fail. They do follow their name and “hold your hand” through a lot of the process and being able to have ready buyers for deals with their buy box cartel software, is worth the money alone.

Again I repeat, I can’t believe this is only $20 per month. It should be WAY more and I’ve spent over $10k on other courses and masterminds. This is on the same level for a literal fraction of the price.

I’m happy I took a chance and if you are on the fence, it’s freaking $20. Try it for one month. You spent more on your doordash order today.

Richard, Chris and all of the group leaders are amazing! Im in a few different wholesaling groups and mentorships, some very pricey that pitch buying expensive lead sources and systems and I would put Hold My Hand Wholesale up against any of those expenses groups. They have non stop classes every day on discord. Now the new website has calculators, video tutorials.. all for $20/month. Its a no brainer!

There’s so much good to say about this whole platform. For $20 you get calculators and spreadsheets to dial your numbers and your offers. You get a buy box full of lenders that will help you with disposition. You get a community that will keep you accountable and help you. And you have Richard’s livestreams and calls that you can take notes on learn from.

It’s worth 5 times the amount, and then some.

These guys work their asses off. Great group and have built an amazing community full of unbelievable opportunities.

Great set up for those wanting to learn more about wholesaling. From the quizzes and crash courses to the live streams, there is so much educational content and tools that can help you start your own wholesaling journey.

I've been in this community for about six months now and honestly, I've learned more here than I expected. Between the live streams, the course videos, and just being able to interact with everyone, I've picked up a ton of valuable knowledge that I can actually apply

The biggest difference for me is the people. It doesn't matter if you're just getting started or you've been doing this for years everyone is willing to help. I've made some great friends here and it's awesome being part of a group where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. If you're stuck, someone is always willing to answer a question or point you in the right direction.
