We couldn’t have chosen a better roofer!
From the very beginning, Harry stood out from everyone else we contacted. He was the only roofer who provided a detailed written quote with a full breakdown of the costs, which immediately gave us confidence. He also used a drone to show us the condition of the roof before any work started and then again once everything was complete, so we could clearly see the quality of the finished job.
Not only was his quote by far the most competitive, but there were absolutely no pushy sales tactics, unlike some of the other companies we dealt with. Harry and his team were all genuinely lovely, professional guys who worked incredibly hard, even in extremely hot weather! They arrived early every morning, put in a full days work and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The team cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every single day, which we really appreciated. The scaffolding was put up and taken down in no time and the project was completed far sooner than we expected.
We had a small amount of plaster damage inside the attic during the work but Harry arranged for someone to come out almost immediately to repair it, with no hesitation or arguments. That level of customer service says a lot!
We had a full roof tile replacement, a Velux window installed, new guttering, chimney repairs and pigeon spikes fitted - the standard of workmanship is excellent throughout.

Moved into a mansard flat with a flat roof in horrendous condition. We'd been having constant leaks and I'd been so anxious to get it fixed but the roofers we'd spoken to prior didn't seem transparent enough on price or professional in a way that met all the leaseholders' standards. I contacted HM roofing online and Harry came round immediately to give us an in-person audit and evaluation with transparent pricing and respect for our internal process that meant delays in booking him in. He was so easy to communicate with via whatsapp the whole time and made us all feel so reassured. His team arrived on time on the day we had booked them in and got everything done so quickly, with constant updates (videos, voice notes and photos) that I could share with the rest of the building. We're all delighted with how well they've done the roof and I'm finally going to be able to sleep when there's a storm without leaks!

Harry and his team at HM Roofing did an excellent job with our leaking flat roof. He clearly explained the problem along with the work needed to resolve it. He was efficient from start to finish and delivered as promised with all the rubbish removed and the area was left clean and tidy. He was cordial, professional and very hard working throughout. We have already asked him to do a couple of other outstanding jobs and would recommend him unreservedly.

Harry repaired our GRP flat roof after a prior roofer did an insufficient job. Harry was professional, efficient and did a great job. When there were some defects in the original work he came back right way to perfect it. Will be my go-to roofer going forward. Thanks Harry.
