Keep away from them, sofa in pieces after 9months of use - issues to its construction and telling customer not using as designed. Sruffy company just waiting to rip you off and certainly no quality at all. certainly not recommended as even stopped replying on my e mails when requested to attend to issues!!!

I was interested in buying one of their corner sofas but the customer service is pretty poor so went elsewhere.

Today I received a corner sofa with a sleeping function. It is beautiful, very well made. Very good contact with the company. Delivery and assembly very fast. I am very pleased, highly recommended.

So, I actually had a problem with my order. I ordered a sofa that had a design on it in two colours. It arrived without the design in a uniform single colour. And the initial contact with customer service was awful, I believe they're a polish company, and English may not be that well understood by all staff. However once the issue was successfully communicated the customer service was great, a replacement was promptly sent with complimentary full delivery to a second floor flat & assembly by the guys who delivered. Communication with the actual drivers delivering is great too.

And finally, the sofa itself is great.

So a mixed bag, but I'm happy in the end, with a good product in my flat. Gets 4 stars because of how well the issue was handled once we managed to communicate it.

The sofa we bought its realy well made for this price. We like waterproof and petsproof fabric.

After coming accross you on line , am sorry to say that the small number of reviews you have over the 10 years trading leaves me with more questions than answers .

It excited my expectations.
Honestly I didn't expect top quality considering the price I paid but omg it's just lush.
Fabric feels soft in touch but is thick and firm at the same time so no wrnkles .
Service and assembly is done by hm sofas drivers quick and friendly aproch .
Customer service via messenger rosponds promptly even Sunday evening.

Our couch arrived today and we are more than satisfied with it!
The courier guys were amazing too and very helpful and friendly, they carried the couch I'm for us and assembled it quickly and efficiently.
