Still waiting for an order that was placed 15 days ago - supposed to arrive between 3 to 7 days. No reply to emails, contact numbers on the website don't work. Never ordering again.

Never in my life have I had a worse customer experience. Will never order from hmv again - a disgrace of a company. Ordered from them on 12th November and nothing ever arrived even though the money was taken from my account straight away. I've emailed 8 times but nobody ever replies. The phone number just rings out. It actually beggars belief! Going to out them on twitter and show them up for what they are .... an absolute disgrace

If there was an option for 0 stars or even a minus option then that's what I would be choosing. 1 star is still too much to rate this company. Placed an order on the 8th of November and still no sign of it!! It's now December 1st!! 3 to 7 working days my a#s!! Numerous emails have been sent with no response.. Thats how much they think of their customers!! Absolute disgrace of a set up!!!! Avoid at all costs....

I placed an order last week. I cant get through to them on the phone. Ive emailed 5 times but no contact. Terrible service

I ordered on the 12th October. I was told it would take 3-7 working days. As time past I began to think my order wasn't going to come at all (especially after reading all the negetive reviews online). I sent 3 emails but received nothing back. My order finally came on the 31st of October and I also got an email back the day after my package came. I don't think I will ordering off the site again any time soon...

My order never arrived. Customer service does not exist. Cannot get through to so called customer service contact number and no replies to my emails. Order placed 26th October and i received email 27th October to say it had been shipped. Today is 10th November and still no sign of it. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL DISGRACE!!!! As far as I am concerned, they take your money and ignore you after that.

I made a pre-order with HMV Ireland and never received the item even it had been released. I checked HMV website and it indicated they had that product in stock. I had to contact them and ask where is mine? They said they didn't have it in stock and would send it to me ASAP??! That mean they either lied to me or lied in their website. I gave them another 3 weeks but still nothing turn up and nothe a word from HMV. I asked them again and then HMV cancelled my order without any explanation or apologise. Such a disgrace service and doggie company. Stay away from them.

I ordered a DVD from HMV Ireland online with the promise of delivery between 3-7 working days. I waited, and waited and no delivery. I contacted their customer support via email numerous times with no reply. Phone line constantly engaged and the Facebook page doesn't have the option to private mail or post a comment, i wonder why!!
Sick of no response I started leaving comments on the Facebook posts and saw there's many in my position. I threatened to expose them on social media and few hrs later I got a response they were refunding me. Orders can go missing, my issue is the no existent customer care.
Never again will I buy from them. Such a pity, they used to be a reputable company.

Actually rate HMV no stars. They must have gone bust. Ordered a DVD as a gift at the end of August. It's not arrived and its the 10th Oct. Says it was dispatched 29th Aug. Yeah right they try to put the blame on An Post. I contacted them a week after ordering and was told to hold on for 21 days. No sign . Absolute scam. They have not replied to any messages since the beginning of Sept. AVOID AVOID AVOID

HMV Ireland What a scam of a company!! Failure to deliver good followed by phoning disconnected phone numbers displayed on their website, I sent questions and eventually complaints to email on website with no joy. Finally got a reply when i tried helpathmv.ie (it wont let me display that email correctly) eventually after another handful of emails finally have an agreement to refund me...time will tell though

Ordered 3 CD from hmv.ie , 15 working days later nothing.
Contact telephone number does not exist.
Emails go unanswered.
First and last time I will use this site.
Starting to think this is a bogus website and my money has been robbed.
Go elsewhere as your wasting your time with this bunch of wasters.

Bad experience. Ordered DVD through the website, the status of order is Shipped, and for 20 (20!) days there is no delivery. Are you, guys, delivering from Dublin to Dublin via China by foot courier?
The phone numbers provided as customer service phones are no active.
Never ever again.
Amazon is better

ridiculous Ordered a DVD for my sisters birthday over a MONTH ago , still not here completely unacceptable , if you've the time to take the money out of the account you should have the time to deliver the product a customer has bought or at the very least have some type of customer service to ease the customer. Ignored emails and won't answer phones , also tried all there social media but they've no option to message which should've been a red flag, it ruined her birthday as she was looking forward to the DVD series. Completely unacceptable behaviour from a company, would just like what I paid for please

Ordered a dvd mid August, was dispatched on the 29th August and still hasn't arrived. Apparently should of been here within 3-7 working days. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be using this company again.

Ordered over 15 working days ago, still no item here, I sent emails with no reply from HMV. no contact with customer servece, I guess I lost my money. anyone knows phone number that I can actually ring from mobile?

ordered two items paid for them have not received them yet 19 working days later and no answer from customer support after sending over 9 email complaints such disrespect for customers is un real I hope something is done hmv.ie to sort this problem

These guys offer some decent value online, despite no longer being a bricks and mortar presence in Ireland. They ship from the Channel islands I believe. I have had some long waits for stuff occasionally but no order ever went undelivered. They often ship multiple orders separately so you can have a frustrating wait for the order to be completed.
