Karga - Shopify - Touchlink Bracelet

Hello,

So I purchased the Touchlink bracelets on Karga, a shop on Shopify. The merchant stated at checkout it would take 5 days. My items were purchased on the 3rd of August 2025 and today is the 13th of August 2025. The "track order" button takes you to the websites home page and I have reached out via email with zero response.

This was a time sensitive purchase hence why I was happy with the turnaround time. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that there is no decency in even responding as to why there is a delay.
