Horrible experience towards the end, all matters that had been reported throughout the tenancy ignored, to then just take money from our deposit without providing proof, avoid sending money if you wish to have it back.

Working with this property sourcing company, HNC Empire Estates, has been an exceptional experience. Their customer service was consistently attentive, and they took the time to fully understand my requirements from the outset. Communication was clear, the client relationship felt genuinely valued, and every expectation we set together was met. Thanks to their organised approach and commitment to delivery, we successfully closed a deal within the agreed criteria. Highly recommended.

What ever you do don’t rent with these people! They stole my holding deposit and charged me £50 because I couldn’t move the bed to sweep behind the bed! On top of that the house had overgrown gardening all the time and a faulty kitchen light fuse which they refused to fix! Avoid!Avoid! Thieving jokers!

They are a Bunch of time wasters! Requested 2 viewings and initially happy to proceed with 5 year company let but I was not sure. Called me up to persuade me which I eventually agreed. A day later ghosted me and not proceeding after alleged issues with decorators/builders. Perhaps should have resolve that in the first place before viewing? Potential landlords beware! I am warning you. Avoid these wild cowboys at all cost if you want to keep your sanity!

UPDATE: Thank you for your reply but I still stand by my unfavourable and honest feedback. Perhaps, as you claimed to be a legitimate and reputable company, you should have arranged everything with your vendors before calling me back? you made me wait 2 days after I accepted your offer to work together and over the weekend without any update and eventually told me to move forward after I attempted to call you all day to find out what is happening! I was hesistant to work with you after reading some other negative feedbacks and am proven correct! I now believe that it's a blessing in disguise that you are out of the picture

I got my reference done the next morning, and he processed everything so l could move in the same day. He's so efficient and absolutely amazing. That was ten over ten for me.
