Lads arrived on time, and prepared to batten the walls for insulation boards and plastering. They move all the heavy furniture, they work fast and they have an attention to detail. My bedrooms are so well finished. I'm so chuffed. Boiling in the summer time and freezing in the winter, that insulation is going to keep me toasty warm this year and I'm so grateful. Another aspect is the noise reduction that insulation brings. Aye it might be inconvenient moving your clothes etc around, but if you get the chance TAKE this opportunity. These guys are top tier. Many thanks again.

H&R carried out an energy survey three weeks ago. Despite phoning and emailing multiple times they do not respond. We have heard absolutely nothing since the surveyor completed his survey exactly 3 weeks ago today. Very disappointing and frustrating.
KIRSTY HAS NOW CONTACTED ME AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION SO WE ARE NOW UNDERSTANDING AND THANKFUL FOR KIRSTYS ASSISTANCE

They did my loft insulation,
And they installed vents on my windows, they are going to install boiler as well,
Everything is ok and I’m very happy with them, they cleaned everything after work.

UPDATE . As said in an email the work was discussed to myslef and my mum , you lied !! Would I honestly agreed to internal work , who can afford to redecorate rooms , you have left my house in a really bad mess , will enclose pictures , you phoned my daughter yesterday saying I would get compensation , but yet again I had to agree to get the work finished or the company would not get paid !! You have left is with fans that are not even wired up I don’t want anyone from your company back in my house , I even had a workman say on Tuesday he had to finish the work , I was intimidated , yesterday my parents were here whist the work was carried out ,and not to satisfaction , as I said via email , we are taking this further and yes I hope my reviews are read and pictures seen as your company is a disgrace

Great team from the electrical division came to finish off work from recent project.The guys arrived very punctual and were helpful and pleasant from the start.
Got started on work straight away and although they had an issue with installing kitchen fan they overcame the problem without any mess or fuss.
