Poor customer service.
I ordered some products online and made up the rest to qualify for free delivery on the 17th July. I received a phone call on the 4th August saying that the delivery would be delayed. I finally received my delivery on the 10th August with the keys products that I ordered missing. Ho-ja should have notified me that they didn't have those items available so that I had an option of cancelling the order. I then had to chase them twice to get refunds for the missing items. Poor customer service.
