they not sent what i order and after the sending i must pay extra taxes on FedEx

invoice from Germany inc VAT 21%...free delivery is guaranteed......but delivery came from Turkey with additional cost to be paid to fedex...I submitted this to Hoagard bij email....no response....unfair practices!!

i orderd something 7 december by accident the wrong one and the same night i send a email that i want to cancel the order (i already paid)
no reaction, 6 other emails and telephone calls..no reaction..
now 1 week ago( waiting more then 8 weeks) i received the product that i didn’t want .
but still no reaction so i cannot send it back because i need the retourlabel.
watch out with this company because there cheaters.

This website is a fraud, I purchased an item the 23rd of November, now is the 9th of February and I did not received my item yet, I tried to send emails to ask about my order but no one ever answered me. I tried also to call the shipment company and they couldn't find any shipment with the tracking number provided by Hoagard. I will never order again on this awful website

I have ordered a personalized neon sign the 30th of November 2024 and I still didn’t get it. 21 business days? Not really. Unfortunately I hadn’t a Christmas present at this point and I thought I got scammed. Never got an answer by mail. A couple of days I got a WhatsApp they have send (free shipping) it but now I got called by fedex that I have to pay €31,47 because there are customs duties, taxes and commissions... really? From Germany to Italy? I won’t recommend to buy by this website.

Bought it as a Christmas present and when I asked them about it they didn't reply. After a month the support (via Instagram) reply to me. Turns out they didn't even shipped it.

Cool product, packaging is really well done and pricing is reasonable.

But...
-Shipping takes waaaay longer than they claim on their website. Ordered on 2nd December, delivered the 27th of December (for a standard non custom product).
-There is 0 communication. Mailed customer support and got no answer.

So, lots of room for improvement for their communication

I placed the order on 27.11.2024. It says 21 days delivery time. Its'now 28.12.2024. I still have no product. When I tried to communicate several time, in just one of them, i get the answer "we will talk with the production and keep you informed". That's all. couldn't get another answer at all. I placed this order for my New Year Party. Even they send it, it will be absolute rubbish. Including the Chinese websites, this is the most dissapointed trade, I've done thorough the net. Shame on...

The company employees are polite but very slow and do not do the work on time, I do not have positive ideas, it was not delivered on the promised date and I am still waiting

I ordered on December 2nd but the delivery delay was not respected. The main problem is no one answered to my emails.
I finally received my order. But if the company is overbooked in the period (black friday + holidays) and can't deliver within the delay and answer customer's mails, let's say it in the auto-reply mail. The customers would be aware and Hoagard would avoid many bad reviews.
Product is fine, some finishing touches could be better considering the product's price.
But it's fine.

They sent the product without a remote control, they sent the remote control later, they want me to connect it. Even though fifty days have passed, the order I placed on 22.10.2024 is still out of use, the gift has no meaning, is there a charge for interest until the product is sold? It takes too long for them to respond to get back information.

Product is great. Delivery was a lot longer than the estimate of 3 days. Over 3 weeks, which isn't an issue if you are aware. What was disappointing was no response to my emails, as after the initial response from purchase I couldn't get a response at all! However now that it is here, it is very good.

To be clear, so far there’s seemingly nothing to put a finger on with the product itself. It looks and feels like high quality and paying extra for the remote was worth it.

However, i placed an order on August 30th and didn’t get it before September 20th - so much for for 5 days delivery.

Furthermore i didn’t receive any email between the confirm and the mail saying they’ve just sent it with DHL. I tried writing to them through their own webpage and even contacted them on Whatsapp, but no reply back with is really dissapointing.

Writing this review because would have helped me when purchasing the piece: IT IS AMAZING. Was a bit worried that it is a scam but NO, high quality, great price and fantastic designs. Very happy although delivery took longer than 7 days. But worth waiting it!

Order passed 1 month ago, never received, no any reply to any of my e-mails, messages on Whatsapp. This is now apparenting to a scam.

Very fast shipping and robust packaging. I bought two neon signs and they are both better than I expected. The build quality is really great. And thanks for discount coupons, they are good surprises coming out of the box. Definitely will order again.
