Ordered axle conversion kit for the Ge7, never received and no reply from customer service. I have disputed it with PayPal, not sure if ill recover the money or not. Whish I had checked here first.

in January 2017 and the package still hasn't arrived.
It will never arrive.
They do not respond to emails, PERIOD!

This company is a scam!
Unfortunately, I ordered products from this company for $ 450, but I never got the goods and I could never contact them anymore!

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before ordering and have been scammed by this company. The light sabres I ordered were poor quality and only half of the order arrived. I have been asking for a refund since before Christmas but only receive the same automated email requesting photograph of delivery note which has now been sent to them three times. Avoid this company at all costs.

this company is a scam. they take your money but goods or refund. its been 11 mths that I have been chasing this pathetic company for my product to arrive which states it will only take 2-4 weeks. its now been 11 MONTHS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. PROMISES, PROMISES AND PROMISES BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.

Order seaview 180c full face surface snorkel mask. Receive a mask with a different brand (RKD TM) and colour design in cheap quality. Sooo unacceptable!! My another USD35 full face snorkel mask that I bought in HK has a better quality! Please no one do a silly thing like me anymore. Think twice before pay :(

Order sleep aids on January 14, 2017. Provided fake tracking number that shows my item was delivered in in the united states; i live in canada.. followed up and never heard back for a month. Followed up and someone replied and said they would look into it. Its now june and i have not heard back after multiple emails.

Order #83097, High Powered Waterproof Night Vision Binoculars on December 7, 2016. Have not received product. The only way you can contact them is through email and every response is an automated response that says the exact same thing. I reported to the BBB also. Total scam!

Fraud/scam

Placed order 12/19/16 for remote control flying shark as a Christmas present for my son. We are now approaching 4 months since initial order & multiple emails with still no delivery of product. Complete scam.

Ordered and paid for merchandise never delivered. Customer response time is awful, if at all! Asked for refund on April 4 and as of today, April 12, no response.

Order 63615 from November 2016 still not received by April 2017. Asked them several times what is happening. Get the same automated? answer every time. Not been able to get a refund. A total Fraud. Stay away!

I bought a product from Hobbies discount in December. The money has been drawn on December 29th but I have never received the product. I have written to the company several times, but no response. Unacceptable and illegal!!!

I got a pair of lightsabers from this site. Took 3 months to arrive and they are not total fx ones at all! Some cheap chinese knock off where i have to put tin foil in the battery compartment in order for 1 of them to even remotely work! Do not but from this site! You will regret it!!

Company did not respond to customers complaints. I ordered multiple products and some still have not arrive after almost five months. One of the products I got was outright fraud. It was a totally different product from the one advertised.

Waiting now 3 months and still not received one single item

I placed an order (#64610) over a month ago for the flying shark and still have not received it. My mother placed an order for the flying fish 1 1/2 months ago (order# 52078) and has not received it yet either. We were both charged for the purchases immediately after we placed our orders. I have made several attempts at calling, emails, Facebook messages and chat messages and NO ONE will respond. If I don't hear back from them soon I will post a review on every review site and make sure no one falls for this type of scam like we did.

ordered christmas gifts, the flying shark and clown On November 7th, should of had it before christmas. No one will respond, have not received it yet. There is no telephone number to call them either. Now I am just wanting a refund, i will go elsewhere for christmas gifts!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE.....TERRIBLE.!!!
